Rick repaired cracks in our chimney that others had failed to repair effectively over years, leading to continued leaks and ceiling repairs. Almost a year later and after the heavy daily rain we had in early Summer, it's confirmed that he solved our problem. No more leaks. He also fixed the loose bricks on our steps and corrected a prior badly done repair. The price was reasonable too. I highly recommend this business.
