I would not recommend this contractor…read more After the work was completed, multiple licensed plumbers told me the installation was unacceptable and that the exposed pipe should have been buried properly. When I reached out and asked him to come back to correct the issue, he refused to take responsibility and instead blamed everyone else. He also responded in an unprofessional manner, calling other plumbers "stupid" instead of addressing my concerns. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable--I simply wanted the work evaluated and corrected if necessary. Unfortunately, customer service and accountability were lacking. I ended up having to hire other professionals to fix the problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I found the pricing reasonable and a good value compared to other estimates. he was able to schedule the work quickly. I had an added complication of not being local and needing him to work with my tenant's schedule and requests. He and his brother, Donnie, worked through the logistics to make sure the on site trailer was out of the way of the tenant who was having a shower the day prior to work commencing. Trace and Donnie made a stressful situation so much easier and actually pleasant. I had complete confidence that they would deliver what they promised, and they did. They offer a one time transferable warranty which was very important to me since I was in the process of selling the house. I highly recommend Atlanta Roofing without hesitation! Thank you, Trace, for a wonderful experience!

They hid it as best they could (just enough to hide the mistake to most folks). At this point I should have let them go and found someone else. My mistake. At the end of the job I noticed that the patio was not close to level and based upon the way they had built it, about 1/4 of the patio would be completely unusable. Angel said it would correct itself over time and not to worry they would come back if it didn't. This was after they had been paid, so I was powerless. It still looks bad, cracks are forming, and is completely unusable. The grade is 4" over 9', but even worse, it is towards the house so when it rains, the water flows towards the house, not away. I've contacted them many times. They said they would fix it. To this date nothing has been done.
