To their credit, they scrambled to get a crew in sooner but had also left a dumpster in my driveway, blocking my garage, and junk in my yard, while I was being told to wait through rainstorms without gutters while other customers take precedent due to "scheduling issues". The dumpster was picked up but the dumpster they brought in was overkill and the removal truck put gashes in my driveway. Additionally, while i was paying for crown molding on the entire house, they initially left out a section that was only later installed (at 6:30am when I woke up to hammering on my bedroom wall) after much pulling of teeth. Also damaged existing soffit the first day, said they would replace, later said they would not, then did replace but scuffed up all of the painted fascia. Brackets for the old downspouts were remove, but the exposed wood was not repainted. I had to ask for these to be repainted and not all of them ever were. They try to do their best but do not have their own gutter crews, did not manage them the crews they had, and did not communicate almost anything to me. Also gave me three different project managers, none of who had much idea of what was going on at any time. Clean up was minimal. I cleaned up dozens of nails in my yard and driveway afterwards with a magnet.

We first used Georgia In Home Services about 10 years ago after a hurricane damaged our roofing…read moreshingles.  Danny came out that day, provided the estimate and worked with our USAA Insurance adjustor...the result was a completely new roof installed within 48 hours.  Wow - talk about service!  We contacted GIHS once again to solve some interior floor squeaks that have persisted for many years in an upstairs bedroom - even after repair attempts from multiple "professionals".  Once again Danny came out with his carpenter to evaluate the issue and within 24 hours and put his carpenter to work.  One hour later...no more squeaks.  WOW!  We then asked about replacing our back deck.  The 11' x 52' "landing strip" developed a great deal of board warpage due to a shoddy install.  It took about a week to completely tear down the deck and install a new one; the new deck included stairs with a mid-point landing since the deck is 9' above the ground and now even has a security gate at the top.  The project would have gone faster but mother nature decided to provide nonstop rain for 3 days right in the middle of the build.  The end result: an impressive and beautiful deck.  Thanks Danny!!!! 10 Stars

The current owner, Brian, doesn't care if his company's repair job is done correctly or fixes the issue they were paid to fix. We hired Foundation Worx to add support under a hallway in our home. The job was done incorrectly, creating a large bulge in our bedroom floor and causing substantial drywall damage. I emailed Brian immediately and received no response. After calling the company a couple times, they finally sent out a salesman who doubled down on the improper repair and claimed there was no need to make any adjustments or corrections. We hired a structural engineer who confirmed the job didn't resolve our hallway issue and actually made it worse. We sent a Right To Repair letter certified mail to Brian, which he was supposed to respond to within 30 days. Brian did not respond. After waiting over seven weeks for a response that never came, I emailed Brian again and asked for a refund, as our house experienced significant further damage while we were jumping through these hoops trying to get a resolution from Foundation Worx. Brian finally responded but only offered to repair their project, 6+ months after they broke our house. This repair should have been offered to us immediately. As we could not trust Foundation Worx to repair our home properly or in a timely manner, we paid another company to do it. I requested a refund from Brian multiple times and this request was ignored. Save yourself the nightmare we went through and hire another company.
