I cannot give anything but compliments about the way Drain Resolvers responded to my needs…read more I called to report that my toilet was wobbly. I had an appointment within the next day or so. It was an easy job for an actual plumber, but one that would have cost me extra stress and frustration, plus I probably would have ended up with a leaky toilet. Instead, the professionals came out right away, secured the toilet, recaulked, and I was good to go. Little did I know that two days later, I would have issues with my fridge and notice a small leak where my water line fed into the fridge. I couldn't stop the leak no matter how I wanted to. So, I called Drain Resolvers and Mario and his team had me all set with no more leak within 30-45 minutes. They are so responsive. They answer the call. They schedule the service. They show up on time, and they do great work. Call Mario now!

I called for repair of a sewer blockage at my house on November 23. As part of the repair the…read moretoilet was removed and reinstalled. The wax ring was not installed correctly. This resulted in a large quantity of the toilet water going into my storage room and causing significant damage to photo albums, paper records, etc. Your man returned to reinstall the toilet. This time the drain pipe the toilet attaches to got cracked. As a result, when he left, the nuts that secure the toilet to the drain pipe could not be tightened and the caps that cover the nuts were missing. In addition, the toilet was not caulked. It cost me over $500 to hire a different plumber to repair the damages

Mark took his time to explain how I would do the two jobs, and gave me alternatives - I need to run a new water line to the fridge, either thru the floor to a water pipe in the basement or to the sink. He sent me home with all the pieces I would need for either way I decided to go. I also have a leaking basement toilet that is old style (tank and bowl are separate) and needs a new elbow and tapered thingy (spud?). Yea Mark told me the names of these parts but my brain forgets anything that isn't beneficial on a day to day basis. So he also sent me home with the tube cutter and special wrench necessary to install this part. Mark wrote it all up on a receipt and obviously took down my information so I can return in a week after the jobs are completed and pay for what I used and give back the parts and tools I didn't use. Nothing short of AmaZinG. Thanks Mark!!

Came in…read morenice service truck. -0- tools - I asked "Where's your tools"? ... thus I believe they knew they were NOT going to 'replace' my washers as I thought; NO I was told I needed to replace both my whole faucets... $400 each for the replacements + installation .. I said replace the washers (which is probably ALL they needed)...they told me because of "ceramic discs" inside faucet ???? they couldn't guarantee washer replacements and would probably fail anyway thus 'replacements'. **So I went & bought my own faucets x2 from Home Depot. Both my faucets + toilet seat = $172.00 total vs $800 + + installation for theirs. * When I called office BEFORE they arrived, to ask Brittany IF they gave Senior Discount - she said "YES, either 5% or 10% - the guys will know." Ironic she didn't even know WHAT the Sr discount was?? After giving her my address; she identified me as "You're the lady having both your bathroom and kitchen faucets replaced". I said no, I'm just having them fixed/repaired." - - - So, these guys knew before they got here that they were not repairing anything.... no option other than to replace!! Faucets alone would be $800 + installation! I agreed to have the work done...but I would get my own faucets. They returned a week later. 2 plumbers done in 1hr. ** I NEVER rec'd any paperwork, nor a receipt ... I made him write receipt in long hand on sheet of legal pad paper; so I was signing my name ON his phone - without even seeing anything... That was very dumb on my part too... I will never do it again. Even the written paperwork that came in mail a wk. later showed me nothing ... it did show my signature however! Payment time... he told me $750.... I had to remind him to rebate my Trip fee of $75.00. I wrote ck. for $675. Only to realize afterwards that he did not give me my SR discount. which turned out to be 5%, so I was overcharged $37.00 which I did eventually get back few days later after I went there to inform them of their error. I will never call them again. Rip-off artists. My work is still NOT guaranteed since I went & bought my own faucets and didn't use theirs! a Dis-satisfied customer. I wish I had done a Yelp review check BEFORE I hired them.

Mike answered after hours which I thought was cool, he was really nice however his workmanship is…read morenot worth what I paid, $209 for an hour of his time. My complaints include ; 1. Instead of using elbows like the previous set up he just used straight copper so the pipes don't sit up against the wall and they are sticking out on an angle (I hope that's no issue in the future ) 2. he did not clean up after himself- he left the soldered silver pieces all over the sink. 3. He did not secure the faucet to the utility sink underneath with the screws so it was moving back and forth, 4. He unscrewed my fire alarm because the heat from soldering made it go off and he never put it back on!! 5. The left side is leaking where the faucet screws into the copper pipe. 6. He asked a "favor" that I give him 5 stars to get business with a story of how Google took down 150 reviews and he was sick last year. Now, the reason I chose him over other people is because of his reviews of " doing quality work, picking up after himself, competitive pricing " and now I feel like I got duped because I did not experience any of that , I feel like he may be a phony. Mike was nice but when I'm paying for a service I shouldn't have to pick up after you. Granted I understand maybe he wasn't small enough/ older to get under the utility sink and screw the faucet in place but he could have told me. There is no excuse for not screwing the fire alarm back in! What if I were elderly and was unable to clean up the metal pieces everywhere, screw in my faucet or screw my fire alarm back in. Of course I did not know any of this was an issue until I went to actually use the faucet - it moved forward and backward, the metal was all over and I look up and the fire alarm unplugged. This was not worth calling him back for as I could fix it and I'm not going to have him fix the leaking pipe either as I do not trust any longer.
