They seemed knowledgable and they had good pricing. Not the lowest price but good pricing. They did the job, provided me with pictures and I paid. Around a month later I noticed visible leaks around the skylight which was part of the new roof that they installed. I contacted WMD and told them about the issue and also provided them with additional work as I needed vent covers to be installed at two different addresses. I was told that they would check out the leak and repairs but they never did. They will now not return my calls or text messages even when I am offering them more work as I am now building a garage at the same property. Do not go with this company as they will not come Back to your job. There are thousands of roofing companies in DFW. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one.

They replaced our aging roof with a metal one and did extensive remodeling for us (Kitchen, Utility Room, and Dining Room). They did fantastic work, at a fair price and ahead of schedule. For our roof, they manufactured the steel panels on site and gave us a great deal to include our patio so the metal roofs would match. This has been our second roof replacement and 3 BBB Roof Construction and Remodeling made it much easier than the first time. It has been several years since the installation and it looks like new - we should be good for half a century+. We are very happy with our roof! So we selected 3 BBB Roof Construction and Remodeling for our remodel. After some design time and extensive consultation, we agreed on a price and a timeline. They demoed things down to the subfloor and replaced questionable parts. We replaced our island, cabinets, and appliances. The cabinet maker did a fantastic job - things turned out awesome. So did the quartzite counters & island, tile wall, coffee bar, lighting, stove top, oven, 2 sinks and refrigerator.
