They came out to do the job in August but did not provide a contract to sign or proof of warranty. That should have been a red flag. A couple of months later we had a roof leak. I contacted Matt who said he would get someone to come check on our roof and then was ghosted. He would no longer answer calls or texts. We had to pay another company to fix a gap that Vortex had left around our chimney. Despite multiple attempts to contact Vortex to fix this warranty issue, they have still not reached back out. We are very disappointed that we were taken advantage of by this company in our time of need. Also: Do not confuse this company with the legit roofing company Vortex Roofing and Construction LLC. When I researched the quality of Matt's company before hiring them, I accidentally looked up these guys and they have great reviews and are members of the BBB. I thought we chose a legitimate business but Vortex Contractors is not.
