Fast, Meticulous, and Fair Pricing…read more In preparation for selling my home, I obtained quotes from three roofing companies in the area to repair damage to my garage ceiling from a neglected minor roof leak. SCI Roofing & Remodeling provided the best quote and completed the work ahead of the deadline with no compromise in quality. The first quote came from a company that urged me to file a claim with my homeowner's insurance without even looking at the damage! Their unethical behavior ruled them out for me. The second quote was based on drone photos; he immediately identified the problem, and he also proposed filing a claim based not only the drone photos but also meteorological data. The problem is that my roof is only 3 years old; the damage in the photos was small marks that showed no penetration; and even if I chose not to file a claim on the entire roof, he proposed to repair the leak by reconstructing a large part of the roof around the leak. I am sure that this would have been an excellent and thorough repair, but it was far beyond my budget. I went with SCI Roofing & Remodeling because they were the only quote that did not try to exaggerate the damage and they proposed a very targeted repair resulting in a quote that was less than half the highest quote. In addition, they offered to include many interior renovation repairs to optimize the appearance of my house for showing. Finally, not only did they propose a reasonably sized project and deliver excellent quality, but they also completed everything about half a day early! For these reasons, I am grateful that I found this company and am happy to recommend them to others because they are one of the few companies that provide honest, courteous, and skilled work for a fair price.

It was incredibly smooth and easy on our end, which we really appreciated. Shoutout as well to the project managers, Paul and Robert. They were both fantastic. After the big hailstorm in our area, we had what felt like 100 roofing companies knocking on our door. I'm so glad our insurance agent referred us to Peak. These guys are the real deal.

When I got multiple quotes for roof repairs he was the most attentive, the most thorough, and Peak had very reasonable pricing. Not the lowest, but paired with the thorough report and warranty on the work, you know that they're not just trying to do a sloppy job. Finding great help for commercial properties is pretty challenging these days. The report and photos I received as part of the estimate process definitely helped me to make decisions with more confidence in a situation where I'm unlikely to actually put eyes on the problems myself. And Charlie sent more info during the job along with additional photos and observations. Definitely recommend for reliable repairs!

I see all his other projects look like mine, UNFINISHED!…read moreMONTH 8 of a simple 40x40 shop, no electrical no plumbing, just wanted 4 walls, a roof and a concrete floor. Im on month 5 with just a structure, he came and installed 1 wall and then disappeared again for 2 months. Not returning messages not being straight forward, not giving timelines... not giving a shiet about the project, oh, except that he got 40k out of me and somehow now doesn't have funds to finish the job. I could absolutely not recommend this guy. And NOW with this review he will likely never return. I have to get an attorney involved and take him to court! On his decision he had 6 cement mixers on my drievway, now ruined, he said he would fix that, he is still not willing to talk about that, they over poured the concrete, he originally said he would scrape the top and get a smoother finish, I dont see that happening. He was supposed to have engineering plans so he could provide for a weld inspection. He never did, I had to pay for an inspection and he assured me the building is inspection ready, inspector came out and looked over things and said the structure is NOT inspection ready. Wasted 1600$ of my money which should have been included in HIS budget. After weeksnof working with inspection company we were able to get a resolution and passed weld inspection but now Cole is not answering my texts. Save yourself a millions excuses and headaches do not use this company, he has no clue how to bid jobs, no clue how to run a business, all he knows how to do is build stuff and make invoices and get money from his prey!
