Michael is quick to get back with you and polite. Said he has an engineering degree, 14 years…read moreexperience and is 31 years old. He said he'd be done in a week. 5 weeks later bathroom was not only unusable, pipes under the house had been joined together with electrical tape. Water leaked for 6 weeks before we realized it while waiting for a licensed plumber to come and fix it. On going to the State site to file a complaint, didn't find his name there. Have filed a complaint with my city, as it is illegal to do plumbing without a license. The floor looked great, however, it was not angled for water to flow into the small sink drain that was installed instead of a shower drain.  The vanity leaked after he said he fixed it from the leak I pointed out after installation. In pulling out the vanity, discovered a leak on the inside of the wall as well. I requested he close the new holes made for the new pex/shark bite pipe he was supposed to use. Pictures show holes and pvc pipe. He said attention to detail was important to him. Please see attached pictures. The wooden ship lap was painted with latex paint. For an open concept shower that needed to be water proofed, hardy board was used over tar paper under the wood and latex. The pocket door he installed does not open all the way because he said there is a stud in the way. The wall isn't anchored at the bottom and wobbles, the door has a 1 1/2 inch gap at the bottom. Asked him not to come back halfway through the project but he did anyway. Finally asked him not to return at the end of 5 weeks, but he said he was finished. He fell through the ceiling in my living room, did a poor patch job, didn't clean up the insulation and left patching mud on my red leather couch. He didn't tell us, we discovered when we saw the mess. There are numerous other things, but these are the ones I paid almost 6000 dollars for and another 2500 to have just the plumbing corrected.

We paid over $3,000 to get an awning added to our deck and added gutters to our house in January…read more2020 (it is pictured in the photos). They both still leak. Our awning didn't even last a few months before the wind blew it off, and he had to rebuild it with $400 more in materials! At 11:00 at night me and my husband had to tie down our awning to prevent damage to our home. They have come out numerous times to repair them, but they still leak. We are now hiring another company to install new gutters for $1,000 because the ones he installed are not repairable. We have given this company 6 months to repair his work, but he has been unsuccessful. He was nice initially, but now he has been very unprofessional and attacked us verbally through text message because we are unsatisfied with his work.
