I called and response time was pretty darned good. John showed up right on time, and set to work. Took out the old garbage opener; removed the (poorly installed) wall switch; installed the new opener; installed sensors to keep the door path unobstructed; even helped me with the App that goes with the model I'd ordered. PLUS, the overall price was substantially less than I'd have paid at one of the big hardware stores: Fantastic Value. John is a consummate pro, knows his stuff inside & out, is pleasant, super friendly, and practically left the place cleaner than. when he showed up. So he hits all of the numbers: Value; Service; Quality. Excellent choice.

Next day, John installed the new door and a new opener. The door is very nice quality, with heavy-duty hinges. Something new (for me) is, they have a vinyl edge that seals a lot of air infiltration from around the top and sides. Tip-Top service and quality hardware. I highly recommend.
