Had B.E Construction come out to add onto out patio. They came out and did the estimate and then…read moreghosted us. We would call to get an update on scheduling but get nothing back. Finally they got back on it and we moved forward since Brandon is a friend of a friend. We have 2 gates leading to our backyard and they were told which one to use as the other gate needs to be leveled and doesn't open. They asked if they could trim the bottom of the gate and we said no. They did it anyway. They didn't level the concrete they laid with the existing patio and there was about a 3/4" drop off. When they cleaned their mixer, they just dumped it out in the street and left it. Brandon's dad, who did the work wouldn't return calls so I got in contact with Brandon. I told him of the issues and he said he will get it resolved. They put a patch of concrete to level out the patio with the existing but now we have 3 different colors of concrete as you can tell it's a patch. To solve the gate they cut, their solution was to screw a pine board to the bottom of the gate on the inside. This is an 8ft cedar fence, not cheap pine. I contacted Brandon again He said they will replace the pickets... that was over a month ago and we've heard nothing. At this point I'll just call it a loss. I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all cost.

For our roof, they manufactured the steel panels on site and gave us a great deal to include our patio so the metal roofs would match. This has been our second roof replacement and 3 BBB Roof Construction and Remodeling made it much easier than the first time. It has been several years since the installation and it looks like new - we should be good for half a century+. We are very happy with our roof! So we selected 3 BBB Roof Construction and Remodeling for our remodel. After some design time and extensive consultation, we agreed on a price and a timeline. They demoed things down to the subfloor and replaced questionable parts. We replaced our island, cabinets, and appliances. The cabinet maker did a fantastic job - things turned out awesome.
