After Isaac arrived to inspect our chimney inside our fireplace, in the attic and on top of our roof, he determined everything looked securely connected with no issues. He determined since it was so cold and the heat from having the fireplace on was only expansion noises. Then came the kicker: he wanted to charge me just to come out and look. No fix, no repair, just a VISIT. And on top of that, he immediately shifted into sales mode trying to push a $500 guard on me. When I told him I was going to update my Google review, Clint laughed at me. On the phone. Laughed. Let that sink in. I've sat on this review for a while because I don't do this lightly.
