We were very satisfied with Dr. Sullivan, Dr. Agee and the staff at both St. Augustine and Jacksonville. The second detachment came a week later and, again, Dr. Sullivan scheduled the surgery right away and made sure my husband was doing well. No one likes to wait, but waiting for the best is not bad at all. Every person has a special job and they do those jobs very efficiently. We cannot say enough for these good folks. I sometimes wonder when they sleep though.

When I tryed to contact them it took me two days to talk to someone in billing who said $40 was the correct charge and would get it corrected and someone would call me by the end of the day to refund the over payment.
