Use any other elevator company for service. i have had to pull teeth and call this office over a dozen times to get them to order a part and come back to repair my elevator. three months i waited and they took a deposit for the second repair. absolutely no service. i don't understand how they can stay in business. read more

I called for service and was told the next appointment would be in one month. I explained that I have trouble going up stairs. The person told me to find someone myself, or else wait the month. This is a paid service call, not free. They're very quick to sell you an elevator but drag their feet when you need service. read more

Southeast Elevator installed the elevator in our Yankeetown residence. During hurricane Helene we had water intrusion in our basement and one simple call button was damaged by water. Now urgently trying to prepare for hurricane Milton and need a replacement button to get the elevator to work. Called Southeast Elevator and explained the dire situation we are in. They refused to sell us a button!!! When we asked where the button was sourced so we could buy it directly from the supplier, they refused! Sad that a corporation puts profits above helping past customers prepare for a natural disaster. Corporate Greed!!! I would select zero stars if that was an option. Signed Stuebe Notice!
