Roc and the technicians at Southeast Auto are the best. Honest. Thorough. Reasonable charges. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Went here for new tires on a recommendation from Tire Rack after purchasing a set from TireRack online. They did an efficient job and their time estimate was right on the money. I have gone to Southeast Auto for years. I have trusted Roc. Things have changed over there though and it is not the same as it used to be. I had almost $1,000.00 worth of work done and my car did not work right. Manny and Alec said they would fix it and had me drop my car off. After having it most of the day, I went to pick it up and Manny told me that he had decided not to do anymore work on it. That was it. I eventually got my car fixed at another shop. I talked with Roc and while he says he is still in charge, he is not there often when I have called and you are not cared for at Southeast Auto like he was in charge. I told Roc I could not use the shop anymore because of the poor service and he could not of cared less. read more

Wow! Went in for alignment and was in and out in half an hour. Very friendly staff and seemed to know their business as well. Plus I ended up paying only about half as much as I was expecting. Well done! read more

Roc has been so honest and dependable over the years. I will never take my car anywhere else. There have been consistent times where I took my car into Emich for a simple recall and it ended up to be so expensive because they "found" more problems and then I would take it to Roc and numerous times he has saved me a ton of money, explained it so a female can easily understand and be honest about what needs to be fixed and when. His staff is dependable and I would recommend anyone to go there. read more

I never write reviews but these guys are so freaking awesome!! Blew out my tire and bent my rim on I-25. Limped my car on the spare tire over to their shop and bought a used rim and tire in very good condition for a very good price!! They had me in and out in less then 20 minutes so I could get back to Colorado Springs in a hurry. Drama free, stress free, and Bullsh*t free automotive shop!! I live in Colorado Springs but I may just start driving to them for my automotive needs in the future. read more

Two stars because the guy at the front desk was friendly at least. Went to Southeast Auto at the recommendation of my boyfriend, who has had nothing but great experiences there. I made an appointment, showed up for it, waited 10 minutes at the front desk for someone to check me in. When they finally did, it did not seem like they had any idea what I was talking about in regards to my appointment. Oh well, it happens, I am a receptionist so I 100% get it. They asked if I wanted to wait there or leave and come back and I said I would wait there. I sat on a weird slanted bench for over an hour and started wondering if they had forgotten about me. I turned around and looked outside, where it was starting to rain, and noticed my car parked on the side of the road. Thought that was weird but figured they must be almost done. I waited about 15 more minutes when the front desk guy came back in and I asked if they were almost done. Turns out they had, in fact, forgotten about me (I was sitting RIGHT THERE) and he apologized and rang me out for the 42.99 oil change and sent me on my way. Didn't tell me any services that were performed or make any recommendations, just handed me my keys. I could go to Grease Monkey or Jiffy Lube, or any other entry level chain, and even they would talk to me about my air filters or windshield wipers or any leaks I might have but Southeast Auto said NOTHING. So I walked out to my car in the rain, where it had been sitting for probably 45 minutes, and the WINDOWS WERE DOWN. Driver's seat was soaked. I also had a tumbler in the cupholder and the straw was broken. I was in shock at the experience I had just had and was extremely uncomfortable when they called the next day to get a review to post online. I was not at all honest for some reason and said that I had had an alright experience (WHY am I like this?) and I wish more than anything that I could take that back and say what really happened. I'm guessing I caught them on an off day and this experience was a fluke but it doesn't matter, I have a bad taste in my mouth and will not return. read more
