They called the day before the move to make sure we were ready and to tell us what time they would be at the house. They arrived on time and went through the house and told me how they were going to load the trucks. I have moved several times and these guys took the best care of our furniture and boxes. They wrapped all of our furniture and were very careful with loading and unloading. These are the most polite young men. Their responses were always "Yes ma'am". If I ever have to move again I will call these guys and will recommend them to everyone that I know. Thank you Strong College Students Moving!

In order for my contract NOT to auto-renew I had to give more than 60 days but less than 180 days notice. As soon as I gave notice to not renew, my bill went up AGAIN! LP&L refuses to put the water in the name of the person on our lease because of this outstanding balance that is NOT related to her. On top of this, they REFUSE to let us pay for our bill by not setting up an account in our name. and we were LIED to by Brianna H when we visited the office in person. Her supervisor Christie was unbelievably rude when she finally stopped dodging our phone calls. We are now being charged for tampering with the water meter THAT THEIR WORKER TOOK!! and again they are refusing to turn our water on until this tampering charge is paid!! This is in direct violation of the Public Utility Commission of Texas. There are two small children living in the house and this is a HUGE safety concern that LP&L does NOT CARE ABOUT.
