They apparently have no record because when I dropped them off the girl did not check them in - these 2 items were correctional officer shirts. They make it seem like I didn't drop them off, they have nothing more they can tell me and I am suppose to be okay with that! 've been a customer for about a year and a half. My monthly prices have increased three times…read moreduring this period. At first, I was able to justify it due to minimal increases. However, this past month, my monthly bill increased by about $20 (in addition to the recent $15 increase). I then called the office and spoke with a member of management to try to better understand this increase. During this conversation, I was told my auto-payment rejected (false), told my price had not been increased in a while (false), and many other excuses. We finally landed on a "utility" fee (???). My monthly price has increased from around $80/mo to $143/mo. Even more so, when searching online, anyone can see that for new customers, the fee is $31/mo then $108/mo (I have a 5X10). I brought this up during a face-to-face conversation with a member of management, to which he agreed it was not right to charge current customers more than new but it was beyond his control. Really, I just wish A Plus storage would treat their current customers better. I spoke with a member of management at Affordable Storage & was so grateful to be cutting this bill in half and am currently set to move out at the end of February.

Completely unprofessional especially since I was offering my space to help them park and my neighbor and I getting in trouble with usps for THEM obstructing the mailman/mailwoman from delivering our mail. I was sick and the crazy wind made me hoarse so I was just yelling a bit so they could hear me. Hey "BOSS", next time figure out what the situation is before you come out yellin. I love my neighbor, absolutely, and was trying to help yall to help her and you came outside looking like a total jerk screaming at me. It's not my fault I'm hoarse and your dudes couldn't hear me over the 65mph gusts of wind. Stay away, very unprofessional. Not impressed with how they treat ppl. They obstruct everything then tell you to call the number on the truck if you have a problem. THEN go get big "boss" to come out and scream at you like a freaking idiot. You have a loooong way to go in maturity before you could ever run a truly successful business as your customer service skills leave MUCH to be desired. Might want to take a workshop in growing your customer service skills. I've worked in customer service my whole life and what you did was truly tragic. You didn't even know what was going on and you still came out yelling and acting condescending. No apology for misunderstanding the situation nothin. I'd rate a 0 if it would let me.
