I got the run around from them a couple of times and was told that the older, more experienced pharmacist (owner?) would call me, but he never did. They stopped returning my calls and never gave me my prescription back. I went back to my doctor, got a new copy of the prescription, and took my business elsewhere. RexMed has horrible customer service and they lack the most basic respect for clients.

Good afternoon, I…read morewould like to make a small report regarding an employee named Yazaira, who works at the pharmacy located at 1110 Northwestern Avenue, where I pick up my medication. On more than one occasion, I have noticed that when I arrive, she ignores me or pretends to be busy in order to avoid helping me. Her attitude comes across as arrogant and unprofessional. I understand that everyone can have difficult days, but I believe that someone who works in customer service should treat customers with respect and courtesy, and at least greet them, even if they do not enjoy their job. There is also another young lady working there who is very kind and attentive, completely different from this person. That is why I believe Yazaira's work performance and the way she treats customers should be better supervised. My intention is not to create problems, but simply to report a situation that has already caused me discomfort and frustration as a customer. Honestly, as long as this person continues with that attitude, I do not feel comfortable recommending this pharmacy. Everyone there make you feel like family. Super friendly and nice. The pharmacist and the technicians get to know you by name all the time. And yes, they have everything you need when you need it. My mother is an elderly women and has been going to Vernon Main Pharmacy for years. She feels comfortable and they speak fluently in Spanish. Without hesitation she can call whenever she has any questions or concerns. She can always call them and be treated with care and respect. Just yesterday after visiting her doctor and explaining her symptoms, sadly she was not helped and most of all her symptoms/diagnose were overlooked. Not to mentioned my mother is diabetic. When arriving to the pharmacy she spoke with Laura and she immediately had the pharmacist Stephanie consult and talk to my mother. She listened and ask questions that help narrow what my mother was doing wrong. This pharmacy had the professionalism and empathy to meet my mother's needs. They saved her life and could of unintentionally overdosed herself without knowing with insulin. I'm relief knowing I can rely on caring staff.
