The pharmacist wasn't doing anything but playing on her cell phone. She should be fired!

But while obviously uncomfortable i'd expect that the associates would be better attentive and it still took 6 minutes for them to get to us and we were one of 2 parties in the store. there were signs everywhere mentioning they aren't using the rewards program so what's the incentive to shop there ? and pricing was high in comparison to cvs.
