Does anyone know how to obtain a refund from CVS? I showed up to pick up my photo order and the rude cashier acted like she had no idea what order I was talking about and then magically remembered it as she pulled my slip out of the trash. Proceeded to say she tried calling me but my number didn't work. But magically it started to work as I was leaving the store. I asked for a refund because she claimed my order couldn't be fulfilled and her response was to call cvs for a refund. I called customer service and after 30 minutes of having my call transferred back and forth they hung up on me. WTF! They made me pay a deposit and now I can't get a refund.. CVS has lost a customer and gained another bad review over $3 dollars, what a shame. Save yourselves time and frustration avoid ordering prints from them. read more

Came here to try and take passport photos for me and my son. Their camera died in the process so I was told to come back 20 minutes later. I came back 30 minutes only to be told it's not charged at all. If you promote that you take passport photos then your camera should be charged at the end of the shift for the day so it's fully charged the next day, common sense. read more

She refused to transfer my daughters medication from a different pharmacy that had closed for the day. My daughter just got out of surgery and is in need of medication. Y'all need to start locking up EVERYTHING. This is the cvs closest to me and during emergencies it's super annoying that I need to grab something and nothing is in stock. Power wash the front cement of the whole cvs to help it look safer and more welcoming. Being clean always adds to how good or bad your store looks. You can't really control what your customers do, but you can control what YOU as a store do, lock up your items and hire more people to be on the floor for when needed to grab an item for a customer and hire a cleaning crew just for the outside of the store. Maybe the owners of the whole shopping center need to care more about their business. read more

This is the 5th time i have arrived more than 20 minutes before closing time and once was 35 minutes before closing time. Each time being totally ignored by employees not to even say they are closed no posted signs to say sorry we closed early. You make contact with an employee and they run behind a shelf like we didn't see them. This is ridiculous. I have asked the day time manager and they say sorry we did not change our hours the store should have been open till (x)o'clock i will look into it this shouldn't happen again but here we are 5 times now still happening the least you could do is put signage at the door or have the security guard turn customers away. read more

They need better training or more staff, not sure of the issue. They only wanted to give 1 prescription out of 4. They said they were not covered. Then when I got a consultantation about one of my medications. The pharmacist checked and said I could get the other two. All the workers seemed not to want to do extra work. The Pharmacist made a face when I said if she can message my doctor about my 4th med. I called ahead to make sure my meds where ready. After all that I had to stay and wait for the other 2 medications, and return another day for the fourth. I also had to go elsewhere to use the restrooms because they have no public restrooms. I am going to change to another pharmacy maybe Walmart or Walgreens at least they have a restroom. I hope the other Pharmacies have better more accurate service. read more

I was trying to buy a disposable camera and when I was trying to look at the information on the back she came and snatched it like if I was doing something wrong and asked me if I was gonna buy it and what I was doing. I said yes and she did not give me my item back and instead walked me to the self checkout and did not hand me my item until the receipt had came out of the self checkout register. "Manager" David told us to leave & that he had us on video Stealing & called the cops on us. Bee or Bea, the geriatric lady at the register with long red hair, is so rude to customers. When I went to this store, there was a line of elderly people who didn't know how to use the self checkout and were waiting for BEA to ring them up. As I only had a couple of items, I went to the empty self checkout lane (they were open) and Bea yelled at me to get to the back of the line. I tried to asking why I couldn't use it , however she kept yelling over me to get to the back of the line. If she would have spoken to me properly, I would have no issue but the way she YELLED at me was obviously rude. I went to the back of the line, and Bea steps away from the register to put the elderly people on the self checkout lane. They didn't know how to use it. This lady got stuck on the self check out to teach them how to use it, instead of ringing them up herself and letting others use the self check out. I didn't bother waiting and left. I've been coming to this cvs for years, and I've seen that lady every now and then. I've used the self checkout many times and that was the first time I had any problem there. This rating is for the pharmacy , mellissa in particular . BEYOND rude , any person you approach is not friendly at all no greetings anything. I get it your busy , but be courteous and smile . I work for retail and we even get approached rudely and we still reply with a smile and a greeting . This is exactly why I had my prescriptions transferred to another one and they closed it down and sent it back here . Seriously very unhelpful people except for sherrie who was very sweet seem to be the only one after i got back in line to pick my medication. For a long time this was my CVS of choice. Lately the cashiers have been very rude. Not all of them, but most. I am very sorry to say I do not plan on coming back here. Now a days we are all looking to save a buck and so the CVS system of ECB's and coupons are great! Some of the cashiers do not taking your coupons and don't seem happy that you get ECB's either. It is really unfair, as I spend time planning my shopping trips. I understand they needing to make sure I purchased the right products but to refuse to take my coupons or give me my EBC's as printed in the ads is wrong. I have complained to their corporate office as well. I will stick with Downey or Norwalk CVS from now on. read more

I didn't have a problem here. WE had to stopby here and grab some flowers and it being 2 days after the Virgin Mary's bday they had a good variety. This had always been my local CVS for over 25 years and lately cashiers have been very rude and at the time did not really let it get to me, I have worked in customer service for over 10+ years from retail and beyond so I can understand the frustration but even the worse customer deserves the same service. I had been couponing extensively for my sister and had not had a problem until yesterday where the cashier a supervisor refused to use my coupons just by looking at them she went to speak with her manager and when I asked to speak to him he said I had counter fitted the coupons which I was appalled I will not try to extreme coupon without reading the terms for each store. I asked for the general manager said to come back tomorrow, asked where to follow up I complain he gave me a verbal number asked for the store number he said I will see it on the receipt. I made sure to file several complaints for not providing me with proof that my coupons were not authorized. Did I mention I had gone to another cvs used a coupon for another item, I did end up at another CVS and was treated like a customer and coupons accepted and extra rewards offered. I did follow up with my statement of informing of the refusal of my purchase by Adan and Esther at this CVS on Tweedy. Waiting for a response from Corporate and whatever they inform I at least spoke up about the mistreatement. Funny thing I stopped at a cvs by my job just to grab a drink and heard a cashier stating couponers took all the products on Sunday and everyone should clip coupons from paper and computers so glad there are good employees!!!! read more
