For the last several years I have been getting all my vaccines here. It's in and out within a 30 minute time span. Today it was so easy we just walked in gave our name and mention your there for any and all vaccines needed. Before we headed out we went and browsed the store as they had so much fall items. We picked up a thing or two. read more

I showed up 30 min before store closing and they refused to let me in to buy diapers. Store hours outside the Door say it is open until 10 pm and the manager refused to let me in because the registered were already closed and that she needed to exit the store by 10 pm read more

Does anyone know how to obtain a refund from CVS? I showed up to pick up my photo order and the rude cashier acted like she had no idea what order I was talking about and then magically remembered it as she pulled my slip out of the trash. Proceeded to say she tried calling me but my number didn't work. But magically it started to work as I was leaving the store. I asked for a refund because she claimed my order couldn't be fulfilled and her response was to call cvs for a refund. I called customer service and after 30 minutes of having my call transferred back and forth they hung up on me. WTF! They made me pay a deposit and now I can't get a refund.. CVS has lost a customer and gained another bad review over $3 dollars, what a shame. Save yourselves time and frustration avoid ordering prints from them. read more

Pharmacy will literally watch you stand in line for drop off and let someone else just walk up to consultation and take their order when there's literally a "pick up line" for that specific reason.. and the other customer is able to stand in that line, I finally get to the drop off counter and they're saying it will be picked up later because there's only 3 of them (that's a management issue) not the consumers read more

I have been calling this pharmacy all day and they just hang up as soon as the line tries to transfer to speak to someone in the store or the pharmacy. Can't even leave a message because they drop the call upon transferring to the voicemail. read more

Came here to try and take passport photos for me and my son. Their camera died in the process so I was told to come back 20 minutes later. I came back 30 minutes only to be told it's not charged at all. If you promote that you take passport photos then your camera should be charged at the end of the shift for the day so it's fully charged the next day, common sense. read more

The staff here, are always informative and caring. Additionally the staff always makes the effort to help their clients as best they can. Which is comforting because for some prescriptions it can be a time crunch. Whenever I'm worried about such incidents, I'm always confident that they'll get me right. read more

If i could give them 0 start i would. Pharmacy is terrible here. Spoke to an Asian older lady she said her name was Michelle, i don't know how true that is. She refused to transfer my daughters medication from a different pharmacy that had closed for the day. My daughter just got out of surgery and is in need of medication. Rude and unprofessional employee told me to call the law of i didn't so they could help me. I will escalate this further. She said her boss didn't have a phone number but i will make sure this employee gets disciplinary action. Y'all need to start locking up EVERYTHING. This is the cvs closest to me and during emergencies it's super annoying that I need to grab something and nothing is in stock. Power wash the front cement of the whole cvs to help it look safer and more welcoming. Being clean always adds to how good or bad your store looks. You can't really control what your customers do, but you can control what YOU as a store do, lock up your items and hire more people to be on the floor for when needed to grab an item for a customer and hire a cleaning crew just for the outside of the store. Maybe the owners of the whole shopping center need to care more about their business. read more

This is the 5th time i have arrived more than 20 minutes before closing time and once was 35 minutes before closing time. Each time being totally ignored by employees not to even say they are closed no posted signs to say sorry we closed early. You make contact with an employee and they run behind a shelf like we didn't see them. This is ridiculous. I have asked the day time manager and they say sorry we did not change our hours the store should have been open till (x)o'clock i will look into it this shouldn't happen again but here we are 5 times now still happening the least you could do is put signage at the door or have the security guard turn customers away. read more

CVS Pharmacy - The employees were in the front by the registers and as soon as the store was supposed to be closed they locked up and all ran to their cars - Drugstores Near Me - South Gate, California

They need better training or more staff, not sure of the issue. They only wanted to give 1 prescription out of 4. They said they were not covered. Then when I got a consultantation about one of my medications. The pharmacist checked and said I could get the other two. All the workers seemed not to want to do extra work. The Pharmacist made a face when I said if she can message my doctor about my 4th med. I called ahead to make sure my meds where ready. After all that I had to stay and wait for the other 2 medications, and return another day for the fourth. I also had to go elsewhere to use the restrooms because they have no public restrooms. I am going to change to another pharmacy maybe Walmart or Walgreens at least they have a restroom. I hope the other Pharmacies have better more accurate service. read more

Lady with red hair is very rude. I was trying to buy a disposable camera and when I was trying to look at the information on the back she came and snatched it like if I was doing something wrong and asked me if I was gonna buy it and what I was doing. I said yes and she did not give me my item back and instead walked me to the self checkout and did not hand me my item until the receipt had came out of the self checkout register. It was really rude and she needs to learn better customer service. read more

Lidia?? Lydia?? I think that was her name The older lady with a lot of makeup refused to do a return when the other two nearby stores said they could but that's they ran out of gift cards. She was rude and had no manners and was accusing people of not scanning at self checkout. If that's the case then why even have one?? Shut them all off. Horrible location. Hey guys I visited this cvs lastnight in the Kenneth Hahn plaza around 8:20pm in need of some medicine for my small twins and your cashier KADAJA had a line of 18 people or more and refused to call for help I approached her and asked do you guys have a policy where if it's three or more people in the line you call and ask for assistance with the line correct her reply was no it's only me "THE QUEEN B" running the line you need to be patient and wait I found that very rude and I know it was a lie cvs you need to hire more workers and more workers with less of a smart mouth like ms kadaja worth the blonde hair her attitude is out of this world I don't know how you still have her as a employee but GOD BLESS her and her attitude needless to say if your looking for a great shopping experience don't come shop here it was a very unpleasant experience read more

By far the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. This place is ridiculous, I would advise choosing a different place like Walgreens or anything else besides this CVS. Ridiculous service, it shouldn't be this difficult to get an RX. Even less so if i did most of the work to update everything on my end, and for my insurance carrier to complain about this place was enough for me to say goodbye. Taking my family out of this pharmacy as well. read more

the staff and management here is horrible. I went to this cvs looking for an item and I had to ask many employees about the item but yet they didn't want to answered my question and look annoyed about it . Not until I finally went to go talk to the manager and she also wasn't being straightforward and was saying lies that the item wasn't in stock even though I saw the name of item on a box , and was ready to be put on shelf. It seemed like if they don't want to put the items on the shelves and keep it for themselves. I am planning to report this location of cvs. read more

I give them a one star because they accused my mother & I of stealing a $32 bottle of shampoo when we did not. "Manager" David told us to leave & that he had us on video Stealing & called the cops on us. MY mother was trying to tell him that we never took anything from the store & that she would be glad to show them the purse so they can check. David just kept saying that we were stealing & that he was gonna call the cops. He disappeared to the back of the store for a while & didn't show up when the cops came. When he finally crawled out of his hole, David didn't show the so called evidence of us stealing. He didn't even apologize to my mother for the accusation read more

Bee or Bea, the geriatric lady at the register with long red hair, is so rude to customers. When I went to this store, there was a line of elderly people who didn't know how to use the self checkout and were waiting for BEA to ring them up. As I only had a couple of items, I went to the empty self checkout lane (they were open) and Bea yelled at me to get to the back of the line. I tried to asking why I couldn't use it , however she kept yelling over me to get to the back of the line. If she would have spoken to me properly, I would have no issue but the way she YELLED at me was obviously rude. I went to the back of the line, and Bea steps away from the register to put the elderly people on the self checkout lane. They didn't know how to use it. This lady got stuck on the self check out to teach them how to use it, instead of ringing them up herself and letting others use the self check out. I didn't bother waiting and left. I've been coming to this cvs for years, and I've seen that lady every now and then. I've used the self checkout many times and that was the first time I had any problem there. Never going back there again. Y'all need a new cashier cuz that lady bitter and weird as hell. read more

This rating is for the pharmacy , mellissa in particular . BEYOND rude , any person you approach is not friendly at all no greetings anything. I get it your busy , but be courteous and smile . I work for retail and we even get approached rudely and we still reply with a smile and a greeting . This is exactly why I had my prescriptions transferred to another one and they closed it down and sent it back here . Seriously very unhelpful people except for sherrie who was very sweet seem to be the only one after i got back in line to pick my medication. If you're unhappy with your job get a new one it's not our fault . I will be contacting the manager folks if you work in any kind of customer service and it's not a right fit for you just find another job . Dont take it out on your customers read more

For a long time this was my CVS of choice. Lately the cashiers have been very rude. Not all of them, but most. I am very sorry to say I do not plan on coming back here. Now a days we are all looking to save a buck and so the CVS system of ECB's and coupons are great! Some of the cashiers do not taking your coupons and don't seem happy that you get ECB's either. It is really unfair, as I spend time planning my shopping trips. I understand they needing to make sure I purchased the right products but to refuse to take my coupons or give me my EBC's as printed in the ads is wrong. I have complained to their corporate office as well. I will stick with Downey or Norwalk CVS from now on. read more

A block away from my house I walk here always a line but they do move pretty fast needless to say I come here for cold meds and if I am in need of personal hygiene stuff and can not get to target or else were also they have 2 red boxes outside. To the female at the register at the entrance of the store today around 9:30 am, PLEASE LEARN TO BE COURTEOUS! It plays a BIG part in customer service. A simple Hi, Thank You, Have a good day in English or Spanish would have made a difference. I'm giving 2 stars because there's always parking and pretty much find what I'm looking for. I didn't have a problem here. WE had to stopby here and grab some flowers and it being 2 days after the Virgin Mary's bday they had a good variety. My friend had a baby so I had to get her flowers a bottle of wine and a cute baby card. THIS STORE HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED.. I don't know about the other people but I'm a happy camper. My boyfriend even found something for a christmas present.... I've been to This place before but it's no where in my area. But I had a good experience. The cashier was friendly and funny. I was pleased. The lines weren't even long. :D The best part was Running into an old friend Erica she's in management. It was great seeing her after over 8 yrs. read more

I had been coming to this pharmacy for years, it is my local pharmacy. In the past year I have had more than a few bad experiences at the pharmacy. Prescriptions not being ready despite text notufications, issues with availability of precription, delivery issues and the list goes on. I had put off writing a review and changing pharmacies due to my long history with them. But yesterday my patience ended. Just another error too many at the pharmacy counter. Good bye CVS transferring somewhere else. I don't know why I waited so long. read more

Now this place needs some serious attention besides from having 2 cashiers with like 8 register available long long lines just to make a simple purchase besides from having horrible pharmacy system.. not all but some employees in which I won't give names but they need some attitude adjustments as well as common sense especially the female with the headset making calls and saying very loudly people's social security numbers talk about no security protection... this is what happens when you work in a union you get crappy service from employees who don't give a 2 cents other then themselves!! read more

This had always been my local CVS for over 25 years and lately cashiers have been very rude and at the time did not really let it get to me, I have worked in customer service for over 10+ years from retail and beyond so I can understand the frustration but even the worse customer deserves the same service. I had been couponing extensively for my sister and had not had a problem until yesterday where the cashier a supervisor refused to use my coupons just by looking at them she went to speak with her manager and when I asked to speak to him he said I had counter fitted the coupons which I was appalled I will not try to extreme coupon without reading the terms for each store. I asked for the general manager said to come back tomorrow, asked where to follow up I complain he gave me a verbal number asked for the store number he said I will see it on the receipt. I made sure to file several complaints for not providing me with proof that my coupons were not authorized. Did I mention I had gone to another cvs used a coupon for another item, I did end up at another CVS and was treated like a customer and coupons accepted and extra rewards offered. I did follow up with my statement of informing of the refusal of my purchase by Adan and Esther at this CVS on Tweedy. Waiting for a response from Corporate and whatever they inform I at least spoke up about the mistreatement. Funny thing I stopped at a cvs by my job just to grab a drink and heard a cashier stating couponers took all the products on Sunday and everyone should clip coupons from paper and computers so glad there are good employees!!!! read more
