I absolutely love this CVS, I've been coming here about my whole 20 years of life. The staff are very kind and helpful though the store is understaffed at times but, I can tell the workers do their best to get things handled efficiently. the pharmacy at this CVS is the absolute worst that i've experienced. i've only lived in the area for a couple of months and this pharmacy has messed up my prescriptions twice. both times I have had to wait in the parking lot for an hour for them to fill prescriptions that were supposed to be ready the day before. they are rude and have claimed two seperate doctors have not sent the prescriptions in (when the doctors have sent proof they sent them). choose another CVS. read more

Im a loyal customer to cvs and what I see with this new management that they have I notice that the shelves are always empty also only 2 people working at a time. If you ask the manager for help she is always rude and gives smart comments I believe her name is Angelica. Just stating the obvious you won't find anything you need in this store the only aisle they stack is candy and oral care. Cvs corporate needs to do something about this store. Horrible staff unprofessional management the long dirty looking beard manager ignores you walks away if you ask a question four times i would ask a question he walks away. The other masculine looking female response is always if you see it we have it. She won't check the store stock even though online says in stock. The shelves empty pet empty 90 percent of the time. Line to pay is un coordinated they let anyone get in line in any place. They just don't care and pharmacy forget it the trash can has nit been emptied since I moved the same dirty coffee cups since July 2024 read more

I give this store a 4 because of the staff. Coming here you are greeted nicely and at the register you get a friendly transaction as well. CVS is one of the places I come to when I need cough medicine and other things that I might need once I'm there. They sometimes have good deals too. read more

First of all I have a severe ass thing and have my medicine and lotions send here and when I come to pick them out most of the time they don't have the lotion which is what keeps my skin from not falling and rotting and getting amputated. read more

I enjoy shopping at CVS but this CVS in particular has an employee named Erica who when you check out likes to scan extra items that you never had so I'm not sure if she does this on the daily but if I could give zero stars I would. You know what would be great? If this CVS Pharmacy was actually open on time! I recently went on a Sunday and I was told that the pharmacy was open at 10am but of course they don't start service until about 5 minutes later. My grandma was in a lot of pain and I needed her medicine ASAP! I should also mention this was our second time back after they told us they filled the wrong prescription. If I could I would put no stars. Pharmacy is understaffed and the personal they do have are unprofessional. When handling new prescriptions they don't take the time to provide information about it and are more focused on moving the line that making sure people understand the medications they are taking. If not taken correctly it can cause serious health problems. read more

This was the worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. Upon arrival the pharmacy techs told us the order was never put in. My doctor was upset about the pharmacy claiming they didn't receive the prescription and she called CVS again personally. She told us she made another call, and they told her it would be ready soon. After over an hour, we returned to pick it up, and the pharmacy tech told us no one had called, but I insisted. She then told us to wait 15 minutes because the doctor "just called her." They gave us the pills, and a pharmacist never gave us information about the antibiotic. A week later, we noticed that there were not enough pills for the doctor's prescribed doses. We counted the days and doses that were already taken, and were short 3 pills for a 10 day antibiotic. Upon calling the pharmacy, someone interrupted and told us that we counted the days wrong and that there "should be enough pills." We counted them ourselves, told them the prescriptions were put in late, and insisted 17 pills were included instead of 20. Why would we LIE about not having enough antibiotics for a bacterial infection? This person's tone was inappropriate, accusatory, and rude for a medical facility, especially during a global pandemic. read more

One star for the actual pharmacy itself . Very short staffed , unable to drop off medications within a reasonable amount of time ( I waited 50 minutes ) to attempt to drop off . Pharmacist wouldn't fill medication due to my Dr not being open which is understandable but their drop should be a bit quicker and they need more staff to support the needs of this specific cvs location . read more

ALWAYS A long line! It does seem to have a dated look and feel to it. The staff is nice enough, nothing to write home about. Plenty of parking and within walking distance of a Northgate Market and various other eateries. read more

Ok. Did we all go to the same CVS? I am always greeted as soon as I walk in. I am asked is everything is fine 75% of the times I go. Things are fully stocked. Nothing is dusty and neglected. Beauty supplies stocked,personal hygiene etc. And the cashier's always are happy to help me with my coupon combinations and are down to earth and friendly. One of my favs. And I am a CVS Junkie. Do not buy gift cards from this CVS! I bought 2 $100 gift cards from here and the were "expired/not activated". When I went back to try to get my money back they referred to a help line that has not been able to resolve my issue for months!!! I researched this and apparently it is a common occurrence when people buy gift cards from CVS. So beware and avoid buying gift cards from here it is a total scam!!!!!! read more

The only reason I'm not giving this location a 5 star is because of the long line; never fails! Otherwise I love coming here. I'm always greeted as I'm walking in. Almost all of the employees always ask if I need help with finding something. They recently renovated the place which looks very well organized and clean. I always find what I'm looking for; from shampoo, coffee, toilet paper to daily vitamins. I also use their app on my phone which alerts me of any deals going on for that day that I might want to take advantage of. Their extra bucks are very useful also. read more

Usually the older ladies in the morning are mean attitudie and seem like they dont want to be there. I love this CVS, been coming to this one since 2011, but it has changed so much, with the "Y Mas" added to the name, it seems to be attracting a strange crowed, back then I never used to see loiterers, now they are Always there half drunk, mostly at night, and the corner of the parking lot is always full of strange people who think it's a park, CVS I love you guys and I hate to see this store reduced to what it's becoming. read more

I love this CVS. I have been coming here for many many years, and yes it has gone through changes big time. But you know what it's part of business to provide service and products that accommodate different types of customers. I love the cashiers they always greet you ask if you found everything that you needed. Great job CVS there's one cashier in particular that is very friendly always happy always smiling, don't know her name but next time I am back at this location I will very happily ask her, for her name.
