Absolutely beautiful pieces! And of course, they had a few grandfather clocks! I have always wanted one since I was young and one day I will get it. Sadly none of the grandfather clocks would have matched with my house due to the color of the wood. Still their were a few Asian Furniture pieces that would have looked great in my house, but we a bit outside of my current budget... maybe I will come back for them. This store is in South Miami and they're a consignment shop, so you never know what they're going to have. One day they might have heinous pieces and the next something that's just your style. You have to keep checking, but if you do find things you like, this place is great because you can snag a deal. Who doesn't like a deal? Though the furniture is in varying states of "pre-owned," they are selective and nothing is junky. They just don't bother with anything that's worn or gross. Which makes the experience of shopping there nice. My biggest suggestion is to negotiate, because I do feel their prices start somewhat high, but again, there aren't many pre-owned furniture places that strike the same balance between price and quality. I told him I was here last week "oh yeah I remember you you came with your wife" no, I came solo. They have beautiful kitchen and an array of cabinets and fixtures. Came back a week later to follow up on one of the kitchens I was interested in purchasing. I guess there was only one other guy working on a Saturday who could answer any of my questions and he was occupied with another customer. No idea how long I would've been waiting there. I didn't have much time to waste. (Not their fault) My impression was that they weren't interested in doing business with me ‍ I started walking around the showroom and as I look at one kitchen the older gentleman tells me "that's Canadian" ... ok so I think to myself...not sure what that means...does that = better quality...was he telling me that because he thinks I can't afford it? I'm not sure. I wasn't given an other explanation as he walks away. Kitchens are big investments and I would've expected better customer service. Needless to say I didn't wait around to see how the rest of my experience would've been. I didn't have much time to waste. I can't comment on the pricing. Either way go check them out. It's a nice showroom by the Falls. Hopefully you have a better experience. They are one of the higher rated local kitchen and bath places. That would have been nice to know when I was told to wait for a designer. I am an understanding person but would like to be informed of the process. The gentleman at the front who handles walk-ins must have been attending a person over the phone (although he was not on the phone at the time of my walk-in). I would be glad to set up an appointment with you to see what YKB truly offers.

It was until recently the stuff of nostalgia, but now recently renovated back to its original glory! The lovely waterfalls flow again, the restaurants are a mix of local top notch and trendy establishments, the clothiers are aplenty, the gaming establishment is super fun and all inclusive, cool coffee shop Mr Bean, high end beauty salons, plenty of fun treat/ice cream shops, a good true classic department store Macys, fun sports bar, kids rides and play area, luxury gym...and even the movie theater is tops as a luxury cinema again. On 8/20, I found a larger refrigerator at Lowe's and called BrandsMart to cancel the refrigerator portion of my order. I spoke with Joey Disomma, who stated that he was unable to cancel the order but told me that I could simply refuse delivery of the refrigerator and that BrandsMart would issue a refund once the refrigerator was returned to the warehouse. I was not comfortable with that process, so I made two additional attempts to cancel the refrigerator before the scheduled delivery. On both occasions, I was told that a manager would cancel the order, but that never happened. When the delivery date arrived, the refrigerator was delivered with the water-line connector, and I refused delivery of both. In addition, the delivery was missing the dryer power cord and vent kit that I had ordered. As a result, I had to go to Lowe's, purchase the missing dryer power cord and vent kit myself, and complete the dryer installation on my own. Long story short, I have now made four separate attempts to obtain a refund for the refrigerator, but BrandsMart has still not processed the refund. The refrigerator was refused at delivery as instructed by your representative, yet I have still not received my refund as of 9/16

I wasn't happy because the store is an hour from my home and it was a huge hassle to go back. When I went back they first blamed Benjamin Moore for changing the color formulas and said it wouldn't match. Then they said the sheen choice caused the difference. They were willing to give me a new gallon of the same paint grade at no charge but then said it needed to be a different sheen that they didn't have in that grade. So they ended up giving me a more expensive paint grade and said they would eat the cost and I offered to pay the difference. When it came time to settle up the clerk changed his story and tried to charge me the full amount. In the end I was only able to get them to knock off $10. What a joke. I would not go back.
