Yelp Elite event at The Falls was such a fun and interactive experience! The whole evening was centered around a scavenger hunt, which made exploring the mall feel fresh and exciting. It wasn't just about walking around--we were actually engaging with different spots, completing challenges, and discovering places in a whole new way. One of the highlights was getting to sample bites from a variety of restaurants along the way. Bulla Gastrobar definitely stood out with its flavorful Spanish-inspired offerings, and it was a treat getting to try something from their menu in the middle of all the action. The Falls is a beautiful indoor/outdoor hybrid mall with seating options that allows you to relax in the open air after shopping or eating at one of the many restaurants there. Over the past few years there has been a lot of changes and new businesses that are now open. It is a family friendly environment with a play area and seasonal photo area where they usually have decorations and a character to take pictures with. The Falls Mall is one of my favorite spots whenever I'm in Miami. Not only does it have a lot of small businesses, but it's also really beautiful to walk through during the day or even at night. The whole place has a peaceful vibe, especially with the waterfalls running throughout the mall, it just makes the experience feel relaxing and different from your typical shopping center. There are plenty of restaurant options, so it's perfect if you're planning to spend the whole day shopping and grabbing food. I also love that there's a movie theater that's been there for years, it gives it that classic Miami feel. I visited The Fallad about a month ago. I have gone there several times over the years. There are some nice stores that go from lower end to higher end. I shopped at Macy's recently and they had a nice selection of women's clothing. I ended up buying a pair of sandals. I also got some lunch at P.F. Chang's. I like the mall overall but don't feel compelled to go back anytime soon. It feels a little dated and I don't live that close. If I am in the area again, I would come here to see if they have any new stores. read more

The Falls is a very nice outdoor mall that has a river going thru the middle of it with lush tropical foliage with little bridges and flowers. There is a paved walking path for shoppers and kids all all around and thru the mall. There are approximately 100 well-known shops, casual but familiar restaurants, and even a movie theater. Parking is conveniently near the stores. Last Saturday, we stopped by to have lunch at BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse. We shopped and purchased items at Macy's, Express, and Victoria's Secret. It was a drenching rainy day but there were a lot of shoppers at this mall. I'm glad we got a chance to revisit The Falls again. read more

The mall itself is very open and I like that there is an indoor and outdoor section. The shops can change but it isn't too frequent so you can expect to see the same things. The service is usually good, it varies by place but there are boutiques, restaurants and shops. The selection of stores are versatile from clothes, to food and arcades. The price range is also something that varies, depending on what you're looking for. Overall, it is one of my favorite malls to go and have a casual day at! read more

This was only the second time I have been here since the pandemic. I was shocked by all the empty stores and the amount of construction. The mall opens 11am weekdays. I arrived about then and the parking lot was full! The desirable close spaces are now PAY!!! No way was I parking in that park garage as a single female! I finally found a parking space. So many stores are either gone or empty. I used to shop GAP here. Gone. I came here for the Lululemon pop-up shop and Sunglasses Hut. Lululemon as a pop-up has a fraction of the clothing a normal Lulu has. After both those shops, I headed to Apple. Usually there are tons of people in any Apple Store. Not this time. There were not many shoppers so I concluded that the cars were either construction workers or employees. I went to the restroom on the back side of the mall by Macys and I did see a security car patrolling. I didn't see any in the main parking lot. Twenty five years ago, I used to love coming here and walking. It was always a peaceful, welcoming environment. Now, I could hear saws and construction and see boarded up store fronts. It will be a while until I return here. read more

The security. SUPERVISOR was sooo rude to us last night then had the audacity to bring race in it after she called another security guy over WHO WAS BLACK. nobody made a race comment and she comes out her mouth to say "its because im white" just because we were black. Mind u we were taking pics she NEVER TOLD US WE COULDNT. She sat there in her security guard watched up then did a whole circle back to give us an attitude about taking pics. Meh. I feel like The Falls used to better. I hadn't gone in years, and when I went recently, I just felt it was another average mall. I mean, yes, you have restaurants and some higher-end stores like Coach and Michael Kors, but I just felt it was small. The amount of kids running around didn't help either. I tried in various stores to find a dress for a wedding and no luck. There were lines everywhere, including the parking lot. The experience wasn't bad by all means, I mean I got my hair done there, but I just remembered it being a nice treat to go to in the past. Now it didn't feel special one bit. read more

Came here with the fam to window shop. These is such a cute open air mall. They have a stream and set of fountains that goes throughout the middle of the it. We came in the evening which is magical because they have fairy lights all throughout as well which gives it an extra beautiful ambience. Lots of places to eat, coffee shops and stores, even a cinema. They also have a play ground for small children. I like coming here because there is plenty of parking space, plus the parking garage has an EV fast charging station and a reasonably priced car wash. Its a win-win! I used to love this mall, but after today's experience, this mall is on my bad list. It's sad that a mall that is saying that they're growing and is implementing kid friendly environment does not have adequate security. Today I was sexually harassed in the garage. I reported it to their security, which was no help since there's no cameras in any of the parking garages. I am also very sad that Lifetime as a company wouldn't make the garage that is specifically for them, not have security cameras, especially with the amount of women and children going in and out. read more

Nice outdoor mall! It used to be a more happening place. But like every mall, the pandemic has changed the whole vibe and atmosphere. Lots of places had to close and the mall isn't such a hangout spot anymore. I like to come here to walk. There are a lot of beautiful fountains and the mall is nicely maintained. They have seasonal events such as snowfall during Christmas time. There's a really nice gym club called Lifetime. Besides that you have restaurants, a movie theater, plenty of shopping opportunities, ice cream places, beauty places, a tiny playground, and a brand new arcade. There's lots of free parking. read more

This is the shopping center where I found it tricky to find parking in the middle of the night, and it's way too fancy and over-the-top, and the bubble tea here was nothing short of awful and overpriced - so it's not my favou rite shopping mall for these reasons, and it can be a real pain to get in and out of as well and even dangerous sometimes. read more

I like this Mall. It is located in Pinecrest and has plenty of interesting shops, as well as the usual bog standard ones. There is a cinema complex here and also restaurants - with more due to come (there is current construction going on for an influx of new restaurants and designs to enlarge the cinema there as well) This walkable outdoor mall is circled around pretty, landscapes gardens, walkways and streams, waterfalls and mini lakes. There are nice seatings dotted around, which is great for tired feet or bored men or boyfriends!!! My dad likes this mall if he comes from England for a visit, and is dragged around the mall by my Mother, as he can sit in the sunshine very comfortably, contemplate life and enjoy the foliage and design of the water system here and navigate how it was designed, how it pumps and flows and manages to stay clean etc (he is a Civil engineer) read more

Worst customer service ever! So my wife and I were sitting in what the Mal calls a common area at 9:00 pm. A security guard told us that we have to get up and leave as the mall is closed. It's not that the security guard was rude she was very nice but I think that the mall should extend the seating policy on the week end. After all it's our money that keeps this place open. For this reason and the lack of respect that this place gives the customers in my point of view it will always be 2 star. People want to be out under the stars talking enjoying life. This experience left a bad taste in our mouth one that can't be washed out with mouth wash. read more

A cool concept, basically a shopping village with restaurants and a movie theater. However, they don't have that many good or unique stores. After great dinner at one of the restaurants in this mall decided to walk around a bit and check out the stores. This is one of my favorite Malls in South Florida and although not the biggest it is beautifully decorated with spring and natural landscaping. It open air allows you to enjoy the awesome South Florida weather. I have teciewd it before a few years ago and as all business do it has transformed with more restaurants and a new hotel under construction and definitely would recommend this mall on your next visit to south kendall. read more

Bought about $1000 business casual wardrobe from the Talbots at the Falls. Let's see, I bought several slacks for the daughter. I bought her several cardigan jackets that are made of sweater material but look like a business jacket which is formal enough to wear at an internship, restaurant, walk in the park, shopping, or anywhere. The diversity of the clothing at this Talbots is sublime and excellent. If you want to look different but professional this is the place to shop for those fiber outfits but it also has the standard suits and they look very well made. Some items were not in stock in the right size so the sales rep helped us with their pad kiosk and added two fiber jackets to our order which we paid with the rest of the merchandise purchased in a single transaction. We had the items shipped to the store but could have had them shipped to our house. I chose ship to store so we could try them on there and decide on a return or keep on the spot as well as shop for more clothing. It's a win for the store because if I return the item then they will have that item in the store to sell which wasn't there before. Its a win for us because we get the exact size we need for my daughter's intern job, an excellent place to try it on when we pick it up and a convenient place to return it if we decide we don't like it. This is excellent customer service which helps their customer. Thank you Talbots. Also bought a beautiful floral scarf for the daughter which she's going to be using on her pony tail when she ties up her hair in the back when wearing business attire to her internship job. We bought so much there and the sales reps were patient, friendly and helpful. It can be hard when there are many items being purchased going back and forth between the store racks and the fitting room but the employees there were wonderful with excellent stamina. The customer service at the Talbots was excellent. They also helped us receive a discount by providing us with a new Talbots credit line that included a first time use discount. An open air concept mall with a babbling brook and small bridges throughout. Very sublime in the winter months, this mall has big name brands. I have come through many time for many shops and today for Colombia Sports. Parking always easy, I got in and out with some hiking socks. Other reasons to visit include Williams Sonoma which was always my go to for unique foodie gifts, but today passed by to see a sad notice they are closing. Looking inside so bare, I was just here just before xmas getting foodie gifts. Today though was almost base what was left to sell. Of course was a banner trying to spin the rationale for closing to focus their attention elsewhere. Anyway, it's a good Mall that has shops, the Fresh Market (a good market) as well as Total Wine across the street! read more

This mall is designed around a lushly-landscaped man-made lagoon featuring numerous pools, waterfalls and bridges accented with modern sculpture pieces and decorative lighting. The two major stores are Macy's and Bloomingdales along with Apple and other great stores frequently visited by locals and many near and far. I enjoy shopping, eating and the movie theater. There are weekend events listed online. The restaurants which include PF Chang, BJ's Brewery, TGI Fridays, Sokai to name a few, are quite popular. I suggest reservations on the weekends. I have started coming to The Falls a lot more recently since I moved down south from Hialeah. The nearest malls to my house are Southland (terrible) and Florida Keys Outlet (great mall but limited in selection for certain things). This mall unlike them have a lot more stores and certainly a great selection of restaurants to eat in, with more restaurants about to open. The mall also has a movie theatre as well. The mall itself is an outside mall, full of very large fountains... it was actually peaceful to walk around unlike other shopping malls. I have seen plenty of couple walking around, holding hands as they just enjoy the day together. It does seem like a nice place to take someone out of a date since you have a beautiful outdoor mall, plenty of place to eat and that movie theatre I mentioned earlier. The mall is also a good place for kids if you have it... besides the movie theatre... it also has stores they may like. If you have a young daughter, there is the American Girl store which also features a small restaurant you can spend time with her at. I recently came by before Easter and they had a "bunny cottage" in the middle of the mall which allowed parents to have their kids take a picture with the Easter Bunny. I am sure once Christmas rolls around they will have one for that too. Cute idea, way to make memories. Nice mall right off main road. As you walk along the courtyard, you will see beautiful flowers and flowing pools of water. This location offers a variety of stores and restaurants as well as a movie theater. During one of my visits here, I spent hours...walking, window shopping and enjoying lunch. This mall is OK. Not my favorite mall at all however a good place to drop in if you are having a free evening and want to window shop. This mall is open to the outside. Which means you are walking around outside looking at the stores. I didn't give this mall four stars because although yes they have some good stores they are missing a lot of my favorites that can be found in Dadeland. The Macy's here is a discounted Macys which doesn't make sense since Bloomingdales is located in this mall. Should be upscale but its not. This mall has a variety of stores which are upscale. Its almost as if they tried making this a Merrick Park but were unsuccessful. The mall has a movie theatre in the center of it where you can catch a flick. Right next to it is an Haagen Daz and a Starbucks. Everything you need in life. My favorite stores here are Lucky Brand, Janie and Jack, and the Apple Store. This place is beautiful and especially enjoyable in the cooler months. The water fountains, ponds, and the green landscaping is very pretty. While it isn't as big as other malls, The Falls makes for a nice shopping experience. In the summer, it can be extremely hot and humid so I would rather visit at night although they don't open all that late. Of the big department stores, there is a Macy's and Bloomingdale's. There's also a Regal Movie Theater. The American Girl store is huge. I've never been inside, but there's even an American Girl restaurant. This is a great mall especially during COVID times since it is an outdoor setup. It is very well landscaped and looks very nice and relaxing so it is nice to shop and walk around. With a beautiful water feature running in the middle of half the mall. It has good restaurants and stores so it is great to eat then shop or reverse.
