First time at this mall and I loved it! Yes I am a shoppoholic, and yes I've been to many malls, and this one is one of the most beautiful ones I've ever been to. I enjoy outdoor malls, and this one is a very nice one, it has so many store with the nice brands, they just opened a Sephora store and I just love it. It's like a very zen place, the water falls and the ambience is so peaceful for being a mall, parking is not a nightmare like everywhere else, there are very cute stores and food stands, and a movie theater, so it has it all. The playground is one of the nicest I've ever seen, and I loved the fact that a security guard was just there, so you and your little ones can feel safe. This is probably one of my favorite malls, so convenient with a bunch of stores that I love, plus is so close to my chiropractor office that I just go after seeing him, and traffic is never a problem. read more

The Falls is a pretty typical, average mall with a lot of the typical mall stores. The mall is always very neat and well kept and I like the mix of stores. The big upside is that this is an outdoor mall with Macy's on one end and Bloomingdale's on the other end. There are some decent restaurants (and a Starbucks) as well as a movie theater as well. The one downside to this mall is that the parking situation is not the greatest. Every time I am there, we drive in endless circles looking for parking, like a shark seeking its prey. I've always wondered how The Falls manages to give you the feel of a small mall, when in reality it has a good size and a good variety of businesses. I mostly go to the cinema, the AT&T and the Apple Store (mainly to compare the latter two approaches to sell an iPhone that I end up never buying)... but when friends from out of town visit, it is a pretty mall to show. I've been to The Falls a few times, most recently when I had a Crate and Barrel gift certificate and discovered that the nearest C&B to me is located in this shopping center. This is a very cool shopping experience! Lots of higher-end stores, a cinema and a few restaurants as well. Free parking is available in the on-site lots or in the adjacent multi-storey garage. There are also several plazas and stores in the surrounding area, so if you weren't able to find something you were looking for here at The Falls, chances are it'll be available in one of the other stores in this general area. The Falls itself is an open air, covered shopping mall where you walk on a boardwalk or wooden deck that connects all the stores, and there are several waterfalls, fountains, pools and foliage everywhere you look. Located a few miles south of Dadeland, this lovely outdoor mall is definitely one of the prettiest shopping malls due to its outdoor setup overlooking fountains and small ponds. Sometimes Dadeland can be super packed and when you need to visit a less congested Apple store, this might be your best best. They have plenty of the retail stores you're used to seeing in a mall but the open outdoor layout really sets it apart from the rest of the malls in South Florida. It's perfect for a date or a nice day of shopping. Granted, if it's a rainy day then this isn't the ideal spot due limited awnings protecting you from the weather. An average mall with above average landscape architecture. Went here for the first time a few weeks ago and man, I felt like I was in Hawaii. The central river, fountains, palm trees, and plants are absolutely beautiful. The stores in the other hand... The only department stores are Macy's and Bloomingdales. My teenage self would have enjoyed shopping at: Hollister, American Eagle, Abercrombie, Pac Sun. My working self has enjoyed browsing: The Limited, Loft, Gap. Little girls may like the huge American Girl store. There's even a restaurant inside the store. There's also a Regal theater, Apple Store, Starbucks, and some restaurants. So this review is not on the mall, it's on the Santa Claus pictures at the mall. This is the 2nd time my wife makes reservations to have the kids take photos with Santa. She must be a masochist. I rather go have a root canal with no anesthesia then come here again. Whoever is in charge at the mall should seriously reconsider using this company/or mall staffers. This is a high end mall, to have such unprofessional staff. Make a appointment and reserve your spot in the fast pass, so they can let all the walks in first because "they have been waiting longer". What's the point of making a reservation. By the time you go in to take a picture with Santa, your kids are going to be tired/angry/bored from standing in the rain/sun/etc (it's outdoors) that there probably going to cry. Especially now with covid this should be by reservation only. At least respect the people who actually pre pay and make reservations. read more

Don't call it a mall, it's a shopping center. Ok fine it's a mall, but it's a good mall, no that's not an oxymoron, well not in this case... The Falls is great, it has some of my favorite stores, always has parking, and is an open air floor plan. There are pretty good restaurants, small places to pick up coffee or a quick snack. A great chocolate shop and a large Apple Store. The only downside is that on the weekends this place is overrun with tweens. Yes there is a tween invasion and they seem to like the Apple store as much as any adult seeing as they all had I-Phones, which they used as they stood in line for coffee. The movie theater is ok but could use a face lift. The ideal times to go to The Falls is on quiet weekday mornings or early afternoons during the school year and during the holidays when this place is way calmer than most. read more

I went to this mall for the first time with Guil M. As he went to pick up his iPhone 5 at the Apple store there. This mall is great. It has everything from Louis Vuitton, H&M, Chanel, and many other fine stores. The food court has a plethora of food selection. The mall is very clean and nicely decorated. Although we went on a weekday. We did encounter a large number of people. But not enough to bump into each other as you do at Sagrass Mills. The mall is very large. Bring comfortable shoes and come with someone that likes to shop and take their time walking around if you intend on going to a whole day trip. I will definitely come back to this mall when I'm in the area. It has a pleasant atmosphere. As far as I could tell the workers are nice. read more

This one star rating is for the store Pacsun. Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced when I walked in last week. The employee, female, had zero social skills. Didn't even say hello, goodbye, or how can I help you to my brother and I. She was just on her phone completely oblivious to her job of helping consumers. We always find a reason to come here whenever we are visiting friends nearby - so many good shops all in one place, and now with the Whole Foods right around the corner, it's like a capitalist black hole, sucking the dollars from our wallets! Dear Falls, Ahhh, the relaxing sounds of water running through the rocks... That's the first thing I always think of when I think of your Falls Mall. It's quite a different shopping experience than the rest of Miami malls. First, the entire mall is outdoors, so that in itself is different. People can enjoy the amazing Miami weather AND still shop, without being cooped up inside of a cold mall. The lagoons and water falls are a great touch, and having the water run through the majority of the mall as a little river, really adds an amazing touch. It's just so pleasant to walk around and hear the sound of the water flowing; I often forget I'm even shopping! I think it makes everyone's shopping experience just that much more pleasurable. There are a lot of great stores in your mall as well. First, you have the only Bloomingdale's south of Aventura, which is a bonus. Also, there's a Macy's, Bebe, BCBG, Charles David, Nine West, Tupelo Honey, just to name some of my favorites! There's also a movie theater and a few restaurants (Johnny Rockets, Los Ranchos, PF Changs). So with all of this in mind, it definitely makes you one of my favorite malls in Miami. I guess the only thing missing are some major staple stores, like a Sephora (oh how I wish you had one!), a Zara (asking too much?), Guess?, and perhaps an Antrhopologie... Sigh... This place is not a mall. This place has atmosphere. It has theme. It has character and it has beauty. How could you characterize such postivies by calling it a MALL? The Falls is a high end shopping center that keeps its humility by not catering to the rich old ladies with their poodles. It does not carry chic designer foofy shops. The Falls is not bal harbour, it's better. The Falls carries many great shops that range from cookwear to baby wear to computers. But besides the stores, the atmosphere and grandiose of its falls makes this place very unique. Especially when the weather outside is perfect. Walking out on the aisles you can't ignore hearing the relaxing sounds of the water rolling past you on the rocks. This takes out the stresses when you're Christmas shopping. The Falls is an institution of Miami. Its one of the older shopping centers here and it by far one of the best places to be at if you're a local or just visiting Miami. read more

Although shopping malls can be quite stressful, what with the amount of pedestrian traffic, never-ending stores, escalators, getting lost, dealing with long lines, parking challenges, and the noise, all of that is a dream (or more like a long lost nightmare), when you step foot into the zen-like Falls shopping center. Like many other people, I enjoyed the mall so much that I got one of my first jobs working in a now-defunct store. Parking here is easy, as there are plenty of lots and a large garage, and it is not nearly as crowded as the Aventura or Dadeland malls. I would not recommend going to Aventura during the holiday season unless you enjoy sitting around for long periods of time waiting for a parking spot, but here, it's easy peasy. Whether you want to sit on a bench and enjoy the sounds of water, look at the plants, or just take a stroll, it is actually enjoyable. There are clothing stores, hair salons, an Apple and T-Mobile store, nail salons, and restaurants, including chain restaurants like Red Robin, P.F. Chang's and TGI Friday's. Something for all tastes and budgets. Don't forget the movie theater and Johnny Rocket's next door! The Falls is an outdoor mall, but it is covered (except for some of the connecting bridges), so you don't have to worry about getting soaked in the unpredictable Florida wet season. It's actually rather romantic too, as you see many couples kissing by the waterfalls, especially in the evening. They hold a few concerts here during the year, and other events, usually art-inspired events, which instill a sense of community that is not seen at other malls. They even have a Macy's holiday parade, though I wonder why Dadeland and Aventura don't have these as well, considering they both have Macy's store locations there too. During the holidays, the plants at The Falls are beautifully lit with holiday lights, and Santa and his house make an appearance for photo shoots. My favorite thing to do while here is to get a Teavana tea and sit by a bench and think, or to walk around while enjoying the natural setting, something rarely seen at enclosed malls. This, plus the decreased amount of foot traffic, really takes the stress and edge off of shopping. Plus, Samurai is right across, and that right there is a huge selling point! read more

Oh my Falls shopping, you are my go to shopping mall when I want to avoid the crowds...it sucks when it rains but when MIA has awesome weather you can be quite nice...the greenery, the people and I love your waterfalls...awesome atmosphere. Always clean, a bit of a pain in the butt to park over the weekend, but you are so worth the drive. You have music at night on weekends and you use to have farmers market on Sundays and I miss that. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE MALL SANTA We came to The Falls to take our sons first picture with an old man with a beard in a red suit. They have it set up in the center of the mall in a little house that I'm guessing is built just for him. We walk up and see no line and wonder of perhaps Santa has already headed up north for Christmas. On the contrary, there was a sign on the door that said he would be back at 1:45. The sign is one of those that you hang on the inside and has a clock on it. Said click can be manipulated to show whatever time you want. I know how to tell time very well. I pride myself on my punctuality although my culture has a stigma of arriving late. The little hand on the two and the big hand on the nine is clearly 1:45. I guess the Santa's asshat doesn't understand that because when I know on the door at 1:50 after waiting outside for 25 minutes, he points at the clock and says "it says 2:45" like if I was the idiot. The lady that was behind me that happened to be a seventh grade teacher says "even my seventh graders know that means 1:45" which in reality is a put down to her seventh graders. They teach you about the big hand and the little hand in fuhkin 2nd grade!!!! Being an hour early, we go for a walk around this dumb mall (nothing personal, all malls are dumb) and when we get back, the line had grown 15 deep. When the weather is right it's a great time to come. Various stores here Bloomingdales and Macy's are the only department stores and they have no foot locker, champs or any other shoe store aside from traffic. Big plus they recently added a BJs to go along with TGIF, P.F. Changs also a whole foods and Johnny Rockets. The theater here is nothing to boast about and there is an arcade inside. TFY read more

The Falls is not very big but has some good stores. Love the Limited, Express, VS, Macy's, Aldo's, and Bath & Body Works. Has more stores but those are my go to if I'm at the Falls. It's clean and and has a few restaurants around there. been here During the week and weekend. I think regardless, parking sucks unless you valet at Nordstrom's or go in the parking garage. With a decent size garage, they should put more stores in here. But can't complain too much about the Falls, just wish there were more restaurants to eat within the Falls. read more

I've been patronizing this place for years. It is swank because of all the water features in the middle of the mall. It's like Adventure Island for adults. Higher-end stores, boutiques, and the associated offering. Despite the mall being over 25 years old, it retains its relevancy, and decor related charm. Kudos to the management. Nice restaurants and hospitality on grounds too. Be advised: this is an outside mall, meaning, unlike nearby Dadeland, the common areas in this joint are all open-air. read more
