I even took a diamond tennis bracelet at one point because the clasp of the closure was not closing securely. She had someone tighten it up for me and didn't charge me a dime! Ruben and Ramsy gave new life my 2 decade old Omega Sea Master after the Omega factory returned it to me with a note saying my watch was beyond repair as salt water had corroded most of the movement and years of dings and scratches had faded the luster. These guys, found the needed parts and replaced them while maintaining originality, and they polish it back to its original shine. Meanwhile, they kept me informed along the way.

Bottom line: I wouldn't trust them unless I saw the watch myself as their listing practices are sketchy/dishonest. They canceled two sales in a row. Both times they told eBay I'd asked to cancel. I hadn't. Then they told me there was a "defect" and they needed to cancel (this was clearly untrue). I do t know why they didn't just admit to me they didn't have the watch any more - perhaps it has to do with eBay reputation. But their dishonesty cost me a lot of time and hassle that could have been avoided. I'm not out any money, just really annoyed.
