From the initial call through the first service, Source Pest Control has been up front, professional and reasonably priced. Our service technician today was Keith (hope I spelled that correctly) and he was very professional during the entirety of the service call. Agreeing to an annual service contract may seem daunting or "unnecessary" but if you want the job done right and whatever pest issue you may have solved then in my opinion Source Pest Control is the company to contact. I contacted Jared at Source Pest Control, after talking to another company that said I had German Roaches and they were very hard to get rid of. I told him, as I related to Jared later, that these were very tiny bugs and that was all there were tiny bugs. no bigger bugs. I hung up and decided to call another company. My call was returned within a minute. I spoke to Jared and explained my problem. He was nice enough to allow me to send pictures of my tiny bugs. He texted me right back telling me they were grain weevils and just clean out cupboards and find the source! We've called them once for ants that made their way inside & another time for wasps, both times they made the visit within a couple hours or sooner. I've had Source for several months now and unfortunately, they haven't been effective at taking care of any of my critters. I initially hired them for a rat problem. They were very prompt and responsive. The first rep that came out walked me through the process and told me it wouldn't be a quick fix, he estimated about 1.5-2mos to almost get rid of the rats or at least make heavy progress. No problem, I understand it'll take time. Well, several months went by and all the traps they set, both inside and outside, only caught 1 single rat. We ended up catching the rest, with our own traps. In all, about 14 rats total. And whatever they're spraying on the outside of my house to help with outside critters or bugs, it's definitely not working. If anything, I've seen much more activity outside since they began working on my house. It's very unfortunate because they are highly rated and I really did want this to work to keep the company long term, but I just haven't had the positive outcome like others have. I'm stuck in a year contract with them, which is another bummer, especially when it just isn't working. I've never had a negative experience with a rep though. I'll give them that. They've all been courteous, professional, and communicative. read more
