I hired Source pest control when I moved to Lake Elsinore. The little critters where taking over. I have been offered other companies, but I'm truly happy with them. They are a small company that is reliable and responsive. If I see a spider I always freak out, and I'm able to communicate with them to spray inside. Woke up to a rat in my kitchen yesterday morning! My husband and I tried to get it out but because we weren't equipped to handle it we panicked and immediately started calling every local pest control under the sun. Im not kidding when I say we called over 10 different companies and they were all completely useless! We were desperate for someone to help us! Jared was the ONLY person who sympathized with us and genuinely wanted to help. We explained to him that we were staring at the rat behind our refrigerator and we just needed someone to come out and help us get it out of our apartment. He went above and beyond to make it happen!!! Within minutes he sent one of his guys over (tyler who was a life saver)! Tyler came in and was a total professional!! Source Pest Control came and initially sprayed both inside and out. Then every 3 months the outside perimeter. We have not seen one ant yet! I guess I was dealing with an old manager who wasn't the greatest at customer service and he totally came to our house personally and did the spray. Happy to report that I haven't seen a roach yet. From the initial call through the first service, Source Pest Control has been up front, professional and reasonably priced. Our service technician today was Keith (hope I spelled that correctly) and he was very professional during the entirety of the service call. Agreeing to an annual service contract may seem daunting or "unnecessary" but if you want the job done right and whatever pest issue you may have solved then in my opinion Source Pest Control is the company to contact. I contacted Jared at Source Pest Control, after talking to another company that said I had German Roaches and they were very hard to get rid of. I told him, as I related to Jared later, that these were very tiny bugs and that was all there were tiny bugs. no bigger bugs. I hung up and decided to call another company. My call was returned within a minute. I spoke to Jared and explained my problem. He was nice enough to allow me to send pictures of my tiny bugs. He texted me right back telling me they were grain weevils and just clean out cupboards and find the source! I am so grateful that he was so honest, because German beetles can be expensive to get rid of! I will recommend this company to anyone in need by of an honest pest control guy! Thank you, Jared!
