An enormous trail of ants appeared in my kitchen, bathroom, and various rooms of my house overnight. It was so bad that we couldn't put anything down on our counters without risking eating an ant or two with the next bite. Not a responsible company. We hired this Source Pest Control to kill the fleas at our house in Lake Elsinore because of the high yelp review, and 30 days guarantee on their contract agreement. After 4 total visits within 2-3 weeks. There are still lots of fleas at home and inside our garage. No one from the company told us we had to vacuum after their treatment. We found out ourself after their 2nd visit. And confirmed with them on the phone afterwards. We vacuumed everyday after 2nd visit. 3rd, 4th treatment did improved the flea issue, but didn't get rid of the fleas. There are tons of fleas in our garage which I mentioned many times via phone. But they told me those fleas couldn't survive inside the garage so they didn't spray our garage. I bring up the 30 days guarantee. They simply said 30 days guarantee only covered one revisit. That's it. Totally ignore the fleas issue. And ask us to schedule another new service plan which is another $200. I paid $200 for my neighbor's property as well because they got affect from visiting our house. And my neighbor told me the company spend total of 5-6 mins in his property during 2nd visit which I'm a bit shocked. My neighbor end up renting a carpet cleaner from Lowe's to vacuum his house. Overall, Fleas did improved for sure, but definitely still inside the house. 3-4 of them jumped on my leg everytime I go there. read more

I highly recommend Source Pest Control! They provide quarterly service, but if I ever have a problem they'll come out any time and do a treatment on my house in between regular scheduled services. We have a house in Canyon Lake and the water brings bugs year-round. (lots and lots of bugs/spiders due to the water) Since we've been using Source Pest Control we haven't had a problem with spiders, cockroaches, or earwigs anymore. When we bought the house it was seriously infested with crickets, one treatment from Source and we haven't seen a cricket since. All of the technicians are awesome as well. They always make it clear that if I am in need of service between my quarterly visits to contact them and they will be here. I have had to do that a couple of times and they were out next day. We feel blessed to not have insect or rodent problems since having Source. I did have ants in my pantry once but they came out and within a day they were gone. We found Source Pest Control on Yelp when we heard the sound of a rat in our crawl space and needed someone to take a look. Source is a very professional business. All of the staff members have been nothing but friendly. When we first contacted them, they almost immediately got back to us.
