Great little diner. Vintage design inside. 50's-60's vibe. Open kitchen…read more The menu looks really great. Some interesting breakfast items, delicious sandwiches and burgers. I chose patty melt.It was delicious! Perfectly grilled with melty swiss cheese. The burger was super tasty. I chose the salad with mine. It was fancy greens with tomato and onion. Shredded cheddar cheese and cucumbers .Their red pepper Italian was delicious. Service was excellent. Very attentive without being annoying. Prices were great. Check out Bob's.

It's easy to see why Bob's Diner is a favorite of locals in Louisville, CO. The day we were there,…read morethe wait was about 20 minutes for our group of six to be comfortably seated in a corner booth. Waiting wasn't a chore because there are quirky shops in the corridor outside the entrance, including a used bookshop. Our waitress was lively and very quick to get our order in and out on the table. I had an English muffin, tomatoes, avocado, spinach, two eggs, swiss, with a side of potatoes. On the menu it's called Louisville Muffin. I really liked it with the stack of veggies under the eggs. Bookguy had Carol's Potatoes: chorizo gravy-covered potatoes topped with two eggs, and a side of toast. He especially liked the chorizo gravy. A third member of our group ordered scrambled eggs, bacon, and pancakes. Everything came out just the way she liked it. It's a bit noisy when it's packed with diners as it was this day, but the food is great so no doubt we will be back when in Louisville.

The sandwich, a club, was fantastic. Strangely the coffee…read morewas quite awful, I'm not sure whether it is a bad batch of beans improperly roasted or equipment not cleaned. At first I perceived it was the half and half, I returned the coffee and used oat milk, the bitterness and rather terrible taste remained. Now, likely this is a 'one off' , otherwise the establishment wouldn't have much foot traffic. End of May 2026, highly recommend the club and I will have to try more. Maybe pick up coffee some place else.

This will become one of my places I'll order out to take some things home when guests are in town or I'd try their pastrami and Swiss sometime as well I'll begin by saying this place is good, expensive but good. I bake my own bread and there's a line every weekend so I haven't felt the need to go but decided to give it a try. I got the almond cinnamon roll with lemon glaze and my gf got a croissant and cortado. I asked to have the cinnamon roll warmed up and the guy at the register said, "We actually don't warm up cinnamon rolls here." It's a $7 cinnamon roll that'll leave me hungry in 30 minutes and you can't heat it up? Ever heard of someone eating cold cinnamon rolls? I sure haven't. Gave it a shot anyways and had to wait to get home to warm it up as I wasn't impressed. 9/10 warm and 4/10 cold. Should've asked for a refund when he said no. Won't be going back
