She thought that I had scanned Crave but I had put down the liverwurst. Play the tape. Because I am senior banker and I'll sue. I dont know what's wrong with her but she should work in the warehouse not in a job dealing with the public. And I had complimented this no frills earlier to a friend. Boy was I wrong. It's very rare to find a place that has the same price for lunch and dinner. The food is good as well. The rice was very fluffy and the kabab meat is well seasoned. For lunch, we ordered a filet mignon platter, bowl of chili and a Lax sandwich (smoked salmon). The beef was so soft and juicy as it was grilled to order. The bed of salad was crisp and fresh. Food started coming out in under 5-minutes, which was amazing since they were training staff and still figuring things out. The food was so good that the next evening, we came back a second time to pick up lasagna, a chicken platter and a chicken burrito. The owner noticed that the burrito was too small, so he instructed the worker to make a larger one. But, he let us keep the first one as well for free. The lasagna was super cheesy, and the chicken was grilled perfectly.....slightly charred but juicy in the middle. That's not something he is used to. I don't need me because there was bacon in it I didn't get to try it. He also ordered a sandwich to go. He ate the sausage rolls that I thought was a pastry. He said it was good. The seat inside is pretty squishy and the bakery itself is pretty busy. There are a few seats outside. I don't feel like this is a place you sit and do your school work. The tables are small which might be intentional to eat your pastry and leave. We came around 3:15 PM and it was pretty busy. I will definitely be returning to one of these places when I'm back in Vancouver, not neccesarily this location. All of the bakeries seem to serve the same items which makes it consistent.
