Although the company seems pretty new, the guys that run the business are veterans in the energy construction industry apparently. When they came out to give me a quote, they spent lots of time walking around the house, examining the exterior, and carefully measuring each window. My old windows were original single pane units from the 1970's, so they definitely needed updating. And the exterior paint on the house was super old as well. Since the exterior needed to be repainted anyways, I decided to go with the Cool Wall TexCote heat / sun reflective coating. I also had Clean Energy redo the stone work on the exterior since they were just about doing everything else out there and it turned out fantastic. After the new windows / Texcote, the house is NOTICEABLY cooler and a nice benefit is that with the new double pane Anlin windows that were installed, it's alot quieter too! I'm a light sleeper, so any noise reduction helps. Anyways, had a great experience with these guys overall! Would definitely recommend them if you are looking to upgrade your house to be more energy efficient and better looking at the same time.

By about 4:00 p.m., I contacted Command Comfort, and the owner, Chris, got back to me almost immediately. He was able to have a technician at our house within the hour to diagnose the issue. Our technician, Xavier, was fantastic. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was checking and why. He even put boot covers over his shoes before coming inside, which was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. Xavier spent about an hour and a half thoroughly troubleshooting the system. Unfortunately, the repair is going to be a much bigger job than expected, so I'll need to get approval from my landlord before moving forward.
