I've worked with them probably a total of ten times and every time they are always able to accomodate my needs. I work with Leonard mainly, and he has always been great to deal with and is great at communication and follow-up. Their billing and paperwork can be completed online which makes ordering and pickup simple and efficient. When things don't go as planned they are easy to get a hold of and are more than willing to accomodate my needs and schedule. The largest roll-off they provide is 15 yards, but they are extremely affordable and more than once I have ordered two roll-offs back to back because it is still more affordable than ordering a large roll off from one of their competitors. Once or twice I was able to order from Leonard and he had a roll-off delivered to my property within an hour which is crazy. If you are needing a roll-off and would like to support small business give them a call!

They are professional, ultra knowledgeable (about all things computer), and very understanding. They taught us so much about security. They go above and beyond what computer services an individual gets at one of the local box stores. Thank you so much for your help and giving us peace of mind. We will ALWAYS use your services. My monitors would turn off randomly. So I brought it in and they diagnosed it, they said I had a faulty RAM stick and that windows was corrupted. They took the RAM stick out and repaired windows after 2 weeks. I brought it home and the problem was worse than when I brought it in after spending $120. I brought it back and they couldn't find anything else wrong with it so they just guessed that windows was still corrupt. They said they could reinstall windows but that I would lose all my apps and data (I did). They tried to charge me an additional $175 even though my initial repair was under warranty. I talked to the owner who agreed to reinstall windows for free which was very kind of him. After they wiped my computer and reinstalled windows they looked over it again and finally found the problem with my computer. One of the wires inside was frayed and broken. So I had to order a 50 dollar part from Amazon and they installed it for me. Overall, their process is sloppy, and they have terrible communication and customer service. If they had done their job correctly the first time I asked them to fix it, the multiple repairs and month and a half of waiting could have been avoided. If you're looking for a place to waste your time, money, and energy, this is the spot for you. I've had better experiences with a guy working out of his garage.
