We were assisted by Lan Pham the Store Manager when we switched over to T Mobile and he has provided outstanding service, taking so much time to explain things for us and to ensure that our billing was in order with the original quote provided by online T Mobile. I have been skipped over in the queue, given wildly different $$ amounts for my old phone, waited upon by a zombie, wise-ass, and 2 individuals who were knowledgeable and professional but don't work very often or have poor health. I was just at the main street store. I walked in and sat down to wait. One service person was waiting on the only other customer. He was a bit slow, had to go to the back for about 2-4 minutes. Came back out, continued to wait on the customer. Three other groups came in. He then went to the OTHERS (all hispanic, as he was), wait on them. Went back to the original customer. Finished with him, the original customer tried to get him to help me, He finally came over and helped. This is the same type service that made me swear that I would never come back to t-moble. My wife said I needed to get t-mobile because Sprint was closing, I knew this was a BAD idea. I am ready to cancel my account, go to cricket, and bad mouth t-mobile for the rest of my life. read more

Avoid. I talked to a rep and said what my bottom price could be and he said it could be that price with autopay. Verizon wasn't open so the porting happened at a different store the next morning. I got an older iPhone that was on a deal. They didn't have many phone options under $500. Since purchase, price of plan & phone changed every month, higher and higher, even with autopay. Which btw, the $5 off doesn't kick in the first payment. Service both on & off Wi-Fi is poor both in Boulder & Longmont. Definitely not worth over $80 per month. Also, got a shoddy iPhone from them... exchanging that phone at Apple, buying the phone outright from T-mobile, and changing providers soon. Learn from my experience. read more

Village at The PEAKS Location. This is For Susan in sales / tech.. / Brain division.. Susan Got me In and Out of a Saturday Crowd at the PEAKS location on a Busy Saturday. I remember working retail ( and Having dreams of Being Overflooded By " Customer") They mostly ..can.. Suck... We Assessed the Situation that was best for Me and my Budget/needs. There was laughter, celebration. And Much rejoicing at my New location( My other two Stores "Lateralled" to this Merger location). Party At T MOBILE! I Regularly Go By My Fave T-Mobile location? and if I see a Full Floor through the windows. ? I walk in and Exclaim:" hey! ..not Trying to DISTURB Ya'll ? BUT!! I can see why this store receives overwhelmingly bad reviews. I visited this (Hoover location next to movie theater) store to purchase a new phone, and was met with extremely lazy, rude, could care- less employees. I wanted a few options but Jonah refused to discuss anything with me unless I paid up front. ie he, would not answer any questions about the phone I was looking at unless I purchased it first. Then he proceeded to botch the transfer so that I lost most of my data. Neither the Samsung nor Google data had finished downloading, which I think was the problem. As I had paid for the activation and was promised the transfer if I purchased the phone I found this very upsetting. I went back the next day to see if we could get the transfer completed, and Richard, openly hostile, refused to help. Since I was the only customer in the store, I did not understand the problem. Richard was the rudest, nastiest employee, in any store that I have ever met. I actually started to feel uncomfortable for my safety. I would not recommend using this store; in fact I would switch to another carrier before ever used this store again. I would advise that women not go in this store by themselves. The aggressive and openly hostile, angry, unhelpful employees made me feel very uncomfortable, esp as there were no one else in the store. read more

With the exception of the manager, poor customer service at this store. I went in to purchase a new iPhone for my elderly mother, since she had received a notice that her old phone would no longer be supported. Rude and unhelpful employee told me I couldn't do that since I wasn't an authorized user on her account. Told me she had to come into store, or call 611 (on her old phone, which no longer works) to add me to her account. I am not a T-Mobil customer, so I couldn't use my phone to dial 611. The manager stepped in and explained reason for policy, and gave me an 800 number we could call to get me added to her account. Once I was added, drove back to the store and purchased an iPhone 12. Employee who activated the phone neglected to tell me Apple no longer provides power adapters with newer phones. Went to charge phone that night, and realized there was no power adapter. Luckily I had my laptop, so that adapter worked. Employee should have informed me. With the exception of the manager, poor customer service at this store. read more

I honestly didn't want to write this review because I love T-Mobile, but now a days, this is the only way things get better. I had T-Mobile for 2 years and ended up moving to another carrier after they kept raising my bill for no reason. After a year, I wanted to give them another try just to find out I was in collections, for a account I closed a year ago. And after all the promising and lying that T-Mobile would make it right, because they had admitted fault on multiple phone calls and in store. It just got tiring, and I can't be with a company that lacks integrity, that only wants to squeeze money out of you. read more

We went in to purchase two new phones and switch from Sprint to T-Mobile. It was like playing Let's Make a Deal. The "mobile expert" calculated the " deal " several times and each time it came out different. After two hours we told them we were going to eat lunch and have them figure it out. Came back 45 minutes later and the mobile expert was getting help from another associate. There were sticky notes all over the table with different numbers and calculations. It took almost two more hours to get only one phone switched over, the other one was out of stock but they were going to Fed-ex to us. We got it two days later and my husband has to go back and get it activated. It went smoother the second time. As an fyi...don't ask to talk to the manager because he didn't seem to care. read more

I was planning on canceling my T-mobile service about a year ago because of a very frustrating situation. I went into the Longmont, CO location on Hover and after Angus the manager got involved everything got turned around. He was so helpful and really did his best to help rectify the situation and made me no longer want to switch carriers due to how great he was. Now a year later, every time I have had questions about my account or needed help with something he has exhibited outstanding customer service. After such consistent encounters with him over the past year where he has been so helpful, kind and patient, I thought I should let people know. He now helps everyone in my family because we have all been so pleased with him. read more

Their scheduling of employees is awful. With employees busy they halve more walk out customers than you can shake a stick at. Any issues service reps have to call and be on hold as customers get mad and walk out. Overall bad customer service because of bad setup. Employees in most cases are knowledgeable but because of restraints they are made to look like idiots. read more

We started our phone service with T-Mobile in October of 2019 the guy who helped my husband and I was named Miguel, Miguel did not do his math right and for the first 2 months of service our bill was as told by Miguel but then T-Mobile caught on and our bill went up by over $100, I went to the store spoke to the manager he called Miguel over to have him figure it out and Miguel just said he didn't know what had happened and continued with the customers he was already helping. We had to get the Better Business Bureau involved and only because of that did they lower the monthly bill, but we would still have to pay $20 a month more than what Miguel had originally told us our monthly bill would be, we were fine with paying $20 more compared to over $100. Miguel was not held accountable we did not cancel our service because of the promotion of credits towards the phones we had purchased, and T-Mobile would not take the phones back without us owing over $3,000. I live on the Eastern part of Colorado and the phone service here sucks, if our Wi-Fi isn't connected the calls drop and do not go through, we have called the company to complain about it but their way of fixing the issue is to restart the phone, what a joke!!!! Make sure to have everything in writing detailed out as to what your monthly bill will be to avoid this foolishness. read more
