I messaged to see if I might be able to get the protector, even though the company sounded as if it fixed broken things rather than do something like this. I got a very fast response from the owner...yes, he could do the work and even had the protector in stock. He was very pleasant, and made time for me right away. (If you've ever been to an Apple Store, you know what a change this was.) The job was done excellently and at a much lower price than Apple charges, and I didn't have to both buy the protector and pay for the application...it was all for the one price. (Note to owner, you could really charge more for this service.) I am very happy with my interaction with this company, and will use it for any future work that they do that I need. The technicians who come to the house are good, and know what they're doing. On the service and customer service side, it was nearly impossible to return a modem: TDS gave me the wrong address and then it took numerous attempts to find somebody who knew more about how to get the modem back to them. Very happy to no longer have to pay them any money.
