They carefully reviewed each new wire with a flute tester and the job as flawless. They also replaced the telephone system and went above and beyond to ensure it was well programmed. On Monday, we were up and running. Finally, the best surprise has been their support after this job. I sincerely appreciate Steve and Javier's responsive approach to anything that has come up with the phones after install, and even though they are busy with large contracts, are still able to work in time for small jobs like adding on a single phone line and additional jack. First they disconnected service before the previous company was even out of the building and didn't notify them. Then when we tried to get things going they dragged their feet getting it hooked back up. Daniel sent me a contract to sign, I asked him to explain a $150 fee on the bill, he told me that he didn't have time to waste explaining every little charge. At that point we decided to go with a different company because I don't see $150 as a charge not worth explaining. Wish I could rate them as 0 stars.
