Great local business with friendly and professional staff. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I could have fixed all of these issues, but decided to go here because I was very busy at the moment. I finally picked up my laptop today, and brought it home. No keyboard fix, and no new battery. Never got the ram either (not their fault). Also, they said that I had 240 viruses. Looked at the AVG scan history, and it ended up only being 1. All of this by the way cost $140. I will NEVER go back to this place again.

They carefully reviewed each new wire with a flute tester and the job as flawless. They also replaced the telephone system and went above and beyond to ensure it was well programmed. On Monday, we were up and running. Finally, the best surprise has been their support after this job. I sincerely appreciate Steve and Javier's responsive approach to anything that has come up with the phones after install, and even though they are busy with large contracts, are still able to work in time for small jobs like adding on a single phone line and additional jack. Nice to work with, and glad I chose RC Telecom for this work.

I was quoted approx. $150 to fix abs replace battery. When I arrived I spoke with Titus who informed me he was going to try a reset on the battery and see if that might help. I left it with them and didn't expect to hear anything for a few days, but much to my delight got a call in 3-4 hours. The reset had worked and Mac was charging like new abs that it was only costing me $55. Score! Great customer service and I will for sure be back with any other computer issues we come across. Hopefully not too soon.

My monitors would turn off randomly. So I brought it in and they diagnosed it, they said I had a faulty RAM stick and that windows was corrupted. They took the RAM stick out and repaired windows after 2 weeks. I brought it home and the problem was worse than when I brought it in after spending $120. I brought it back and they couldn't find anything else wrong with it so they just guessed that windows was still corrupt. They said they could reinstall windows but that I would lose all my apps and data (I did). They tried to charge me an additional $175 even though my initial repair was under warranty. I talked to the owner who agreed to reinstall windows for free which was very kind of him. After they wiped my computer and reinstalled windows they looked over it again and finally found the problem with my computer. One of the wires inside was frayed and broken. So I had to order a 50 dollar part from Amazon and they installed it for me. Overall, their process is sloppy, and they have terrible communication and customer service. If they had done their job correctly the first time I asked them to fix it, the multiple repairs and month and a half of waiting could have been avoided. If you're looking for a place to waste your time, money, and energy, this is the spot for you. I've had better experiences with a guy working out of his garage.

The installation was seamless and they did everything they said they would do. Several months in and zero complaint from a large installed base (30+ multi functions). Service has been impeccable. Supplies arrive on time and their software manages meters, configuration, and replenishment perfectly. This is the way managed services should be - first class equipment installed properly operating flawlessly with ha face off on going maintenance.

I'm 50 something, but this lawyer has been practicing law a very long time and is probably older than me. A silver fox, so to speak. Anyway, he filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy on my behalf. I attended a short hearing with him by my side, at the Fort Collins courthouse. I understand that they do them online now. But, then, I had to physically drive to the courthouse. A few months later, I got my discharge of debts. Took a while to rebuild my credit, but with that load off my mind, it was worth it. I have not had a problem since. The case was handled smoothly and professionally. No complaints.
