We contacted this company to pump out our Rv septic that we had parked on our sons property for a family visit. We had to pay $145 prior to the appointment. When they came to pump our septic we discovered they had charged us an additional $300 to our credit card, for the service we had just pd for prior to the appointment. After trying to communicate with them as to the WHY IT WAS DONE, and there was no mention of additional charges, along with talks of unauthorized charging of our credit card, we finally tried to talk face to face.(rather than on the phone or by email, due to lack of responses) At this point they dropped the charge and credited our card. Then they said donot call them again..... no worries about that! I just hope RVers will steer clear of these folks! Definitely not ethical. read more

I contacted Fuzion with an issue that no other company was willing to accommodate me as my job was too small. I live in a fifth-wheel and my black water tank was leaking. I needed it pumped out before repair. I called numerous septic, plumbers, porta potty companies but most never even responded to my call. This company left a LARGE PINK DUMPSTER on my property that I did not order. Never even attempted to ask for permission or contact me. I was in my building at the time. When I came out and saw it,I called to let them know, no one answered. Left message asking why. No one responded and called back and to ask why AGAIN. The person who answered said it was only for a minute, which was a LIE it was over an hour. ABSOLUTELY RUDE and acted as if it, was fine to trespass and leave large pieces of equpiment on other peoples property. BE AWARE who you hire! read more
