Mature trees are a beautiful addition to your property. They can dramatically increase your…read moreproperty value and they add to the ambience of your exterior decor. They are also good for the environment and the air quality and they are a natural home for birds and yard critters that bounce around our beautiful neighborhoods. So who you choose to evaluate the health of your trees is important. Because you may not know it, but 99% of the tree services you call out to evaluate your trees are only too quick to tell you that your tree is not healthy and must be removed. Why? Because those services also sell tree removal, which is very expensive. It also is the primary focus of their business. So by making a judgement that a tree "cannot be saved" they know you are most likely, since you already have them there, that their quote for tree removal is the one you will accept. The dilemma is that all too often the tree was NOT in need of removal, but you are told that because removal is a much higher price tag than tree treatment. In other words, they make more money on you if they can convince you to cut the tree down. So, because we are aware of this game, we instead called out Lee of ArboRx Tree Care. We wanted the opinion of someone who cared about the health and longevity of trees, someone committed to seeing them thriving and making them well and healthy. Lee does not cut down trees. He will honestly evaluate the health of your tree and let you know whether it can or cannot be treated and he will assist you in nursing it to health if it can be. He cares about the integrity of his work and he cares about the investment you have made by having trees on your property, So if you want honesty and a TRUE evaluation of the health of your tree don't call Lee at ArboRx Tree Care. You'll be glad you did.

We scheduled a date for a month later, and they kept to it exactly, showed up on time with a large crew and appropriate equipment, and removed 2 tight to the house cottonwoods and ground the stumps all in one day. Very professional, dependable, low hassle, and competitive prices. Our neighbors came by to get bids when they saw how efficiently the guys were working! All around town cottonwood crosses given out by the city in the seventies are nearing end of life (they only live about 40 years). I highly recommend Chris Wisdom and his team.

It was about an hour from the time I placed the call, to when Jerry had eradicated the stumps in our backyard. We had tried to kill them with chemicals, but with kids and a dog we just didn't feel comfortable with them back there. The best part is he exudes a nice guy feeling. He seemed honest and straight forward. We have had lots of work done on multiple houses, and sometimes just the people aspect can be exhausting. Often we wish we had went with someone else, or just did it ourselves. But, when Jerry left we felt great about the whole experience. I can't recommend him enough.

I try to hire all through referrals or reviews and I'm glad I did in this case. The Jordan team has done a major trim jobs on 2 trees, identified and gave advice for 6 other trees, referred us out for proper Ash Borer prevention services, helped us save several trees, and continues to respond promptly with advice. His communication is clear and his expertise is obvious. They have been professional, knowledgeable, and one of those resources you almost hate to share lol. Trees are so precious for our home cooling, yard enjoyment, wildlife watching, and obviously for our health- give them the best treatment for a long life! I've learned so much about the trees I adore at the properties that I manage, thanks in part to David and co. This is one of those services (like most) where I wouldn't simply go with the cheapest bid. They weren't the cheapest, but that makes sense because they are providing quality work for an important job. In my experience, it can be a good sign that the price matches the quality and employees are seemingly treated well (and more likely to be high quality). No use paying less if someone is going to damage your trees, underestimate to suck you in, or flake out on you, right?
