I know paying in person reduces the risk of fraud. They must have been burned several times. I won't lie, I tried to find another place to get the roofing tiles. I didn't want to make the 1hr+ round trip to pay for the order. When I did finally show up to pay for the order, it took approximately an hour to get the order processed and paid for. That is not from waiting in line. I walked up to the counter in an empty store. Not sure why it took sooooo long to just pay for an order. I had even brought in a printout of the email quote with all the numbers. So it turned into 2 hours errand just to pay for the tiles. You can see why I looked for an alternative. But, in the end, they delivered the tile I needed on the day they said it would. It took 10 days to get the delivery, but it came when they said with the product I needed.

ABT remodeled two bathrooms for us in the past nine months and we are so pleased with both of them…read more I would definitely recommend ABT. These were total remodels of 1982 bathrooms. The ABT designers helped us figure out the best use of the space and developed a clear plan with recommendations for materials. We visited the ABT showroom a few times and they patiently showed us samples and answered all our questions. They came to our home, too. The people who executed the plan were excellent in many ways. First, they were competent and made many practical suggestions that improved the plan. Second, they were skilled tradesmen who cared about our satisfaction; they wanted us to have great bathrooms and came back a few times to be sure that we do. Third, they were all extremely professional, trustworthy people that we were happy to have in our home. In fact, a few times they worked when we were out of town and it went fine. We are planning to do future renovations and planning to use ABT. I recommend ABT without hesitation.

We replaced two sliders with a horizontal upper fixed picture window over top 2/3 of window. On the lower 1/3 horizontal level the middle 50% was fixed with two 25% screened windows on the left and right, which slide over the fixed when open. Worked beautifully and the picture window was stunning. Excellent installation of both window. Very happy with the result. It turned out that the bathroom window was misconfigured at the factory, which was initially a disappointment, because it had been designed & ordered appropriately by the Salesman, but here's the thing. This company corrected the problem, at its own expense, and now that this window is in, it's working perfectly and the installation, as before with the kitchen window, was done professionally and expertly. The installers were great guys too. I could not have asked for more professionalism, from the initial Salesman, to Chelsea who communicated frequently with me and the higher up folks who had to approve these corrections and to the installers themselves. In every way possible this is an excellent reliable company and I highly recommend them. The initial design glitch was just that -- a glitch. But these professionals made good on their promises and maintained a great attitude with us throughout the process. Can't ask for more really. Thanks W&D Store!

Just a disguised scammer, selling 1/16,1/8, 1/4 rocks as 1/2. When asked about discrepancy they say…read morethat's how they come ( but one may wonder if they, in purpose, mix it with smaller rocks to beef up profits)...they prefer you to go to another competitor when you point out the scam.When asked about labeling the product 1/2 size when a significant portion is less than that, they say that it is not "1/2 size , is UP to 1/2" ( and that's where the scam lies). On a random test, about 40% of their 1/2 size is actually significantly smaller than posted size. Look for an honest company.

Unfortunately, that was where the positive experience ended. We spent approximately 5-7 minutes in the showroom looking at products on our own. During that time, we observed at least four employees walking around, several focused on their cell phones, yet not one acknowledged us or asked if we needed assistance. At that point, we concluded that the business must be doing well enough that it could afford to overlook potential customers. We left and drove across the street to Bedrosians Tile & Stone. The difference in customer service was immediate. We were greeted as soon as we entered, asked about our project, and an associate personally guided us through the showroom to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Ultimately, we purchased approximately $46,000 worth of tile from Bedrosians--business that could have easily gone to Arizona Tile had someone simply taken a few minutes to assist us. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Arizona Tile, particularly to homeowners or non-contractors seeking guidance. If customer service is important to you, I highly recommend Bedrosians Tile & Stone, where the experience was professional, attentive, and customer-focused.

It was a better experience. The men in the back worked with me to find a quality of material that would meet my needs then cut it to my specifications. It was a positive experience all the way around. One thing to remember is this is a lumber yard, not a Home Depot. I did have to do some asking to find where I needed to go and to get help in the back. I could accept that. It went pretty quickly and the price was reasonable.

The store has a pretty good selection of products on display, but isn't as big as a few of the other design shops out there, thus the 4 star rating. Still, would highly recommend UBC.

Mix and match, Glass, stone, metals... 50 sq ft, 2-weeks, No problem!!! They also carry a nice selection of in-stock mosaics. Lots of really nice high end stuff too. Big tiles, stone, wood panels, wall coverings and wood flooring. They just finished their new showroom, the staff is friendly and know about all kinds of specialty tile.
