While I unfortunately don't think I can come back here any time soon (each class they have is 15+ credits), I enjoyed my class with Hanna so much that I wanted to write her a good review. When I walked in, someone at the front desk checked me in right away and she had a warm personality! Very inviting. She shared with me that we leave our shoes by the door, then we walk down the hallway to our class. I noticed that the floor was a little dusty as we walked past the other rooms for aerial yoga and for private classes. The Pilates class room itself is clean and designed well. There was plenty of space between one reformer and the next. Hanna explained all the instructions clearly and she had good pacing. She made sure that our form was correct throughout. It was nice that there were only three of us during my class so it felt like we were getting more attention. I also appreciated how encouraging she was and the music selection on the background made the entire time pass by like a breeze. My feedback would be about the reformer machines themselves. The reformer machines felt a little cheap just because the ropes would make this sound while we would be pushing to get resistance that I haven't heard from other Pilates studio machines. I saw some fraying on my ropes specifically. The platform also felt more narrow than the average. I was still able to do the exercises but as a 5'3 girly, I felt like I had the longest legs in the world. Overall, I'm glad that there is another Pilates studio near me that has dedicated parking and talented instructors. I hope they consider checking the machines every now and then for wear and tear but other than that, I had a wonderful time!

In comparison, Club Pilates have the best intro basics class that not only give you a good overview of their classes but also basics in correct pilates form which is essential in pilates practice. I took pilates elsewhere before and 30 mins here clarified a lot for me. Our instructor was Ricardo and he's not shy in correcting form. I also appreciate how he spoke to us individually about previous injuries and if we're okay with physical touch to form correct instead of directing the questions to the whole group. They have a variety of classes/levels/programs, so find one that suit your needs. If you're curious about pilates, I definitely recommend checking them out. After the intro class, you'll at least know the basics.

We were also not gone for a month, she did not notify us of her absence so we waited outside over 10 minutes for class and then emailed her to ask why she didn't show up. The week after was the holidays so my girls had winter break for two weeks. However, I told her exactly when we will resume in which she did not disagree with and then when we showed up on 1/6, she doubled booked. Summer is very knowledgeable and has taught me how to connect the body, breath and mind during each session. Her studio is modern, clean and she provides relaxing music. Last year, I went to New York to attend the US Open and was in a lot of pain. I had to take pain medication daily to get through all the walking and sitting I had to do. They seem to be stricter on time compared to other studios but I get it. The facilities look well-kept and they have a hydration station and the bathrooms in the back. The cubbies are in the front as well as grip socks for purchase if you need them. Parking is easy and they have Chuck E Cheese as well as the Habit right next door. If I were just a little bit closer to this location, I would consider a membership but I travel a lot for work. The enrollment fee may be a barrier for folks but they may waive the enrollment fee during certain times of the year.

The main studio room has a large mirror in the front. They have a separate room with Pilates reformer. Parking is available in the rear, it shares the lot with Formosa.
