There are no mirrors on the walls however - I wish they had them because then I can see if my form is correct. It's located in the center of a shopping center, with the door facing off to the side, so it's a bit tricky to find. It took me a while to locate it the first time I went. There's plenty of parking available, and Tierra Mia is at the end of the shopping center, so you can get yourself a treat after class like I did!

Brenda, who is one of the owners and teaches as well is a gem!!! Brenda has taught me so much about my body and just breathing really. She constantly reminds me of my body mechanics, which is so important with Pilates. I have corrected so much of my posture thru out my daily living because of Brenda. Brenda pays attention to each individual in class and teaches the class with all of us in mind for that hour. Brenda has changed my life and I am in love with her and the studio.
