Antonio is a wonderful instructor who gives precise instructions with every movement, and I love how each exercise targets all my problem areas. He is patient, kind, and always willing to help when I'm unsure how to use certain parts of the reformer, which can definitely feel intimidating for beginners. I've also taken a class with Betty, and she is wonderful as well. The front desk staff is always helpful, welcoming, and courteous every time I come in. This place is so clean, there's never any bad smells like regular gyms. My only wish is that I could go more often, but being retired, the unlimited plan just isn't in my budget right now. The first thing I noticed was that the air had a musty smell -- kind of like an old carpet -- which made the space feel a bit stuffy and dusty. It was also pretty warm inside. That said, the instructor, Amy, was lovely! The flow of the class was smooth and easy to follow, but still provided a solid workout. I really appreciated that Amy took the time to correct our form and offer hands-on guidance throughout the session. I learned a lot from the class and even picked up some great stretching techniques to use at home. My spine and back felt so relaxed afterward!
