I tried the guava and mango kombucha and instantly fell in love. I have searched for locally made Kombucha in the South Bay ever since temporarily living in San Diego. Soul Patch accurately hits the spot and has probably even exceeded my expectations of great tasting Kombucha. They are sold at the Rose Garden Farmer's Market on Saturday Mornings, across from Lincoln High School in the parking lot. I was able to get the Mango Sunset, which was very refreshing and tropical, yet not too sweet. I got the 16 oz bottle which is pretty big, it costs $8.00, a bit on the pricier side BUT I must say you could really taste the freshness of this Kombucha, compared to store bought bottles. This was truly life changing for me and will go to the Farmer's Market more often just for this. I highly recommend to try this out if you love Kombucha. read more

Stumbled upon Soul Patch Kombucha at the Los Gatos Farmers' Market a few weeks ago. Kombucha definitely feels like the ~new thing~ that people are trying more of. I still remember trying kombucha in college almost 10 years ago and being like... wait this is vinegar. So, it's always cool to see how far kombucha has come along. They had a lot of interesting flavors on tap and they were very happy for us to sample a few of their options. My favorite one was definitely Groovy Guava (looks like that one is their most popular). The watermelon mint one was shockingly minty and refreshing, but I couldn't see myself enjoying a glass at the end of the day. Anyway, at the Farmers' Market, they had a couple of options to choose from, ranging from a small 8oz individual serving to 64oz. I ended up getting 32oz of the Groovy Guava and it's lasted me a couple of weeks so far. Definitely still enjoyable a few weeks later. Per the person at the stall, the kombucha will last about ~3 weeks in the fridge once they filled the bottle, which I was was quite shocked by! Glad I didn't have to down the whole thing at once. Would love to grab more of their kombucha whenever I get a chance to see them again. Definitely try them out if you haven't already. read more

We always look forward on finding out the new flavors of the week. We always purchase 7 per week. While the family is very lovely, the kombucha flavors top even their friendliness. My favorite.. it depends a little bit. The cherry bomb may be the most flavorful, tropic thunder has just has the right balance of flavor and spice it reminds me of a Hawaiian vacation.
