Love the decor/design and vibes (music/theme). Service was great! Helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The bartenders are really serving up crafted cocktails. We ordered the following: -Start Me Up, my partner loved this. He is an espresso drinker and love the flavor profile -Like A Virgin, this is on the sweeter side but the prosecco side car really balances it out -So Fresh, So Clean: normally comes with tequila but I swapped for vodka and it was very refreshing -Davis In My Bones, partner loved this This place turns into a club at 9:30, so there are plenty of options depending on your mood! Come check it out!

No big deal, as I wanted the bar anyway, but something others should keep in mind. The cocktail list is plentiful and intriguing. I tend to avoid tequila, so that eliminated a good chunk of the options. I went with Rose Colored Lenses, which was fantastic, and decently sized. Presentation was beautiful. My friend had All a Dream, also very good. The wine offerings are minimal, this is very much a cocktail or champagne type of place, with caviar being the primary food service. Speaking of service, the bartender was excellent, both in his mixology and demeanor. It took awhile to get the drinks, but I assume that was due to the complexity of the cocktails, paired with having just opened the doors a few min earlier. Two notes: 1. The barstools were a little too low, imo. I don't normally pay much attention to that detail, but these were uncomfortably low for me, even with my long torso, I was hyper aware of my posture. So maybe that's actually a good thing 2. Other patrons were rolling in shortly behind me, so there is probably an early crowd when they first open, then a late night group that appreciates the 2am closing time. Interior is beautiful, and you can use the steps up to the 2nd floor either from N Santa Cruz or the rear parking lot off W Main. More substantial food options are a mere few steps across the hall at Heritage.

The Bank is No Longer a Dive--It's Saratoga's Must-Visit Cocktail Lounge! (5 Stars)…read more I was incredibly excited when I heard the longstanding establishment, The Bank, had new owners and was getting a refresh. For years, it was a classic Saratoga dive bar, but what the new ownership has done is absolutely transformative. This isn't just a renovation; it's a complete elevation of the entire experience. The Bank is officially a beautiful, high-end cocktail lounge. The interior is upscale, sophisticated, and chic--it's the perfect place for a date night or pre-dinner drink. Honestly, the level of detail they put into the reno is stunning, and I can't get over what they did with the bathrooms--they are next-level! The new owners are incredibly friendly, present, and absolutely focused on creating an amazing customer experience. They are clearly passionate about breathing new life into this landmark location. What You Must Try: You absolutely, positively must try their signature drink, The Trophy Wife. It is a perfectly balanced, unforgettable cocktail that showcases the talent behind the bar. If you haven't been in since the change, everyone needs to go check it out. This is a massive improvement for Saratoga's nightlife scene. I can't wait to see what they do to it next!

The food was high quality and beautifully plated. Portions were large too. We started with a couple of spritz (Aperol and Limoncello) - they were humongous, sweet, and refreshing. -Shishito Peppers: These were just okay. They came with a cool black paste thing. Pasta: -Gnocchi -Parpadelle and Ragu The pastas were both great! Dessert: -Basque Cheesecake I don't remember the prices and they also weren't on the website, oops! To be fair, we visited for Mother's Day lunch, so the menu was understandably more limited than usual. Still, the overall experience felt much more casual compared to when I used to come here 12 or so years ago, when it had a more elevated and refined atmosphere. The service staff seemed fairly inexperienced, the interior decor now feels a bit dark and dated, and the food portions were surprisingly small. The food itself was good overall, but the limited selection was disappointing and left us wanting more variety. I may give their dinner service another try sometime down the road, but for now, I probably won't be returning anytime soon.

Unfortunately I do not remember what I had...except for one that had "absinthe" which was obviously the fake American version of it. Each cocktail has a very thorough description so you can pick and choose to your liking. Every cocktail was about $17 each. Which is pricey! but that's how it is these days. But you should be assured the quality here is real good. I had to dock 1 star for the interesting choice of leaving the emergency door ajar all night the time i went. While it did help with the steamy temps inside, wow did it ruin the night for those who sit close to the door! It was very cold and windy so maybe leaving it too open was an uninformed choice. Parking is tricky, it's mostly street. There's some residential areas you can park at if you don't mind walking farther. Definitely going back, but a little farther away from the door next time.

It's absolutely the kind of place designed to impress for a special occasion, with a price point that reflects the experience. The service was warm, energetic, and welcoming from start to finish, beginning with the front desk and continuing through the attentive staff at our table. Every appetizer felt like a conversation piece, taking familiar ingredients and presenting them in creative ways with unexpected textures and flavor combinations. One standout dish featured burrata stuffed inside a hollowed out tomato, which was both clever and genuinely fun to eat. The misoyaki cod was an exceptional interpretation of the classic miso cod, perfectly prepared and deeply flavorful. For dessert, the panna cotta with raspberry sauce was easily my favorite, light, silky, and the perfect ending to the meal. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience and a memorable night out.

Flowers has the perfect mix of beautiful decor, Michelin level service, and great food without the stuffiness of a snooty, Michelin restaurant. This is what we ordered: Salmon nigiri - 5/5 soo good! There could have been a tad more salmon but it was so fresh. Seriously more fresh and buttery than the sushi restaurant down the street. Tuna tacos - 5/5 my favorite! Crispy wonton tacos stuffed with fresh tuna, along with creamy wasabi and sriracha aioli. Miso Cod - 4/5 this would be soo good but the miso was so salty. Maybe it was an off night. For cocktails, hummingbird was so delish - not too sweet and like with everything else, the presentation was top notch.
