Came here while strolling through downtown Saratoga and wanted a glass of wine to enjoy outside, my boyfriend and I were greeted by Patrick and promptly poured a great glass of wine. Pours are heavy and wine is tasty. We sat in their outdoor seating area and it was very relaxing. Prices are more than fair and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Definitely worth a visit!

Fun spot to check out. Place is well maintained, Patrick was easygoing. Other guests are informative and friendly. Most are local and have been coming to Uncorked! for years. Love that. We had the Red and Premium Flight to try. Great pour! It was Sunday and just made it before closing.

Patrick and Julie are great at recommending good affordable wines! Wines by the glass or tasting flights offered.

We went to this upscale wine shop in Saratoga. It has a good wine selection. There is also a fun area for wine tasting. Its a great place to go if in the area.

I had a great time at Uncorked! I was doing wine tastings solo in Saratoga and stopped in and Patrick was so great! Wonderful conversation, good wine and he was very knowledgeable about the Bay Area! Definitely coming back next time I'm in town!

Patrick was so helpful and kind during or visit, he made our day with these "Nickel & Nickel" wine box panels!

Excellent spot to explore and taste lesser known, moderately priced California wines.

Really nice wines with very liberal pours for their tastings. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable. A must when you're in the area!

(5 Stars)…read more I was incredibly excited when I heard the longstanding establishment, The Bank, had new owners and was getting a refresh. For years, it was a classic Saratoga dive bar, but what the new ownership has done is absolutely transformative. This isn't just a renovation; it's a complete elevation of the entire experience. The Bank is officially a beautiful, high-end cocktail lounge. The interior is upscale, sophisticated, and chic--it's the perfect place for a date night or pre-dinner drink. Honestly, the level of detail they put into the reno is stunning, and I can't get over what they did with the bathrooms--they are next-level! The new owners are incredibly friendly, present, and absolutely focused on creating an amazing customer experience. They are clearly passionate about breathing new life into this landmark location. What You Must Try: You absolutely, positively must try their signature drink, The Trophy Wife. It is a perfectly balanced, unforgettable cocktail that showcases the talent behind the bar. If you haven't been in since the change, everyone needs to go check it out. This is a massive improvement for Saratoga's nightlife scene. I can't wait to see what they do to it next!

The decor is nice and modern and clean, and the food was simply amazing! We started off with the rare tuna tacos that were delicious as well as the salmon sashimi hors d'oeuvres that a friend and I shared. I ordered the miso cod which was rich, but not too rich over a bed of forbidden rice and spinach. I shared with my friend, the salmon that was equally as delicious. I could not choose which one I liked more. I do have to say kudos to Amanda our server was probably the most attentive and best server I've had in a very long time. I will definitely come back, Please note that this was on a Wednesday at 6 PM and there were probably 10 other people in the restaurant. It is not very large and pretty quiet. Parking was on the street or there are some public spots tucked away off the main street. I did not see any electric charging stations nearby, but there are some shaded spots from the trees in some of the parking areas. I look forward to coming again to this restaurant for any special occasion. Great for groups or romantic evening.

We started with the beef carpaccio and it was tender and delicious. We also had the shrimp cigars and two old fashioned. For main course I had the miso cod and it was tender and very flavorful- the miso saturated the entire fish. Going forward I would have ordered a vegetable to pair with it. My husband ordered the duck and that was a bit disappointing. They hadn't rendered the fat properly so the skin was chewy rather than crisp. The duck was slightly on the tough side. On a very positive note, the wines are market price rather than the large markup you see in most restaurants. The chocolate cake was overly dense. Since it was a birthday celebration they also brought out little chocolate cream filled cups that were delicious. We will definitely return.

We came right before 5pm, before the kitchen opened so we ordered drinks while we waited. Husband was very impressed with their wine list, which is a good sign. He was excited to try different wines and it's awesome they offer half pours so he could try more. But oh-my-gosh. GET. THE. SANTORINI. I loved that drink. Milk punch, yoghurt ... it was so refreshing and milky. I felt like I was in south of France or in Hawaii, sitting on the patio with the slight breeze and plants around and quiet atmosphere. It was so yummy, I got a second. This is a big indication how good the drink is because 99% of the time I usually have my husband finish my drink and never order a second one...especially the SAME ONE. But omg, I need to go back to get another. I've been dreaming of it. Service was great. Esp since we were one of the only guests, they tended to us well. It can be easy to forget about the guests on the patio but their cadence in checking on us was good. Portion sizes for the food is quite generous. We're used to octopus dishes coming out really small as tapas, but they gave a lot. And I loved the fried kidney beans that came with it. I liked how the bluefin tuna crudo came in a light oil and not overly sauced or salty. Pork chop ... WOW. Huge portion, we were so impressed. Rich flavors, delicious. Boar pappardelle, daughter did her happy food dance so you know it's good. Al dente and great taste.

But hey, things might turn around. My steak was....not good at all. Can't remember the last time I was that disappointed w steak. Had to spit out a few bites bc I literally couldn't break up the meat in my mouth. Taste was simply bad. Service was just as bad. Never checked on us once. I had to flag the server down to get a second drink. And that was it. Never seen again. A terrible time, overall. Couldn't wait to leave.
