I ordered my favorite, dark chocolate almond clusters, as well as English toffee, chocolate peanut clusters, almond bark, and chocolate hazelnuts. It was delivered quickly and everything was nicely individually packaged. The two squares of English toffee I ordered were like two bricks. Massive and covered in powdery almond pieces. They tasted good, but were too hard and thick. I prefer smaller pieces of toffee rolled in larger pieces of almond. I wasn't too impressed with the almond clusters or bark, either. It tasted okay and had lots of almonds in each bite, but the dark chocolate was overly sweet and tasted like the type of chocolate used in grocery store candy bars, even though they make it right there. The dark chocolate peanut clusters were the best item. They had a wonderful touch of salt that was so delicious. I would definitely go back for more of those. Next time, I'd like to try a caramel apple and chocolate dipped strawberries. Both look scrumptious on their website.

I made my way into 3 separate stores located in the mall and left empty handed each and every time. In comes Lolli and Pops.... Macarons and fancy chocolates are sitting in a glass case as you enter into the store. My toddler immediately requested for a macaron in which I obliged if she could promise to be patient as I did some browsing and shopping. Pick your battles folks, pick your battles. Lmao! This establishment specializes in all things sweet and delicious! The assortment of bulk sweets are plentiful and you are able to purchase as little or as much as you wish. Customize your treats how you see fit- whether your love involves chocolates, gummies, sour, sweet, jelly-filled, or even spicy- this is the spot for you. I appreciate Lolli and Pop having items you normally couldn't find at any random store. My word of advice: take your time to browse the countless items and don't be shy about asking for a sample. 5 solid stars for the young lady whom I recall was a supervisor or assistant mgr running the shift during my evening visit on 2/8. Thank you for answering my questions, being patient, and being such a positive vibe as a whole. 4 stars overall because there were a few questionable bins containing candies that should immediate go into the trash. These candies were clearly crusty, discolored, and abnormally hard. Other than that, my kid greatly enjoyed her macaron and the special recipient was WOW'D by her gift. Mission accomplished!

It was samples of their chocolate hazelnut which was delicious. The quality of the chocolate higher tier and you can taste it. You can also try samples of the other chocolates they have on display which is awesome. I tried their matcha dark and white chocolate fusion and it was so yummy. Perfect blend between the matcha and the chocolate flavors. You also can break the amount of chocolate that you want and it could even be as small as a sample size too. I believe the cost is by how much it weighs and the type of chocolate? I ended up getting the smaller pieces of the matcha chocolate and the hazelnut chocolate. It came out to be $11.47 for both the chocolates and I have attached a pic to show you. They nicely package it. I def recommend trying this place. The workers here are also very nice! Loved my experience! Also was here around 6pm on a Tuesday and it wasn't too busy.

I really appreciated how generous they were with samples, you can explore different flavors before deciding what to buy. I tried the hazelnut chocolate and loved it. They also had a wide variety to choose from, like Dubai chocolate, truffle milk, truffle caramel, and some nicely packaged gift sets with mixed flavors. Everything looked beautiful and tasted just as good. The quality really just... the best, and you can tell it's premium chocolate. You honestly can't go wrong here, whether to buy for yourself or choosing gift (and chocolate makes the best gifts). It's definitely a spot I'd come back to when I want to buy gifts for my family!

They did not understand at all, and I unfortunately had to ultimately give up and leave as it was just not working out. Chocolate places that put cocoa butter and/or sunflower/soy lecithin are cheating BIG TIME. If your cacao beans are good enough, you do NOT need any of that hot garbage in your chocolate. This place puts cocoa butter at the minimum, I wasn't able to figure out if there were any emulsifiers like lecithin. All I saw were some glitzy decorated truffles that did not match what I was looking for obviously. Could not recommend this place at all to other Yelpers -- there are so many better fair-trade craft chocolate places in the Bay Area.

Went on Sunday during the day, empty and weird vibe. Like one of those makeshift asian stores inside with a weird stand on the left and the chocolates, gelatos, and barefoot coffee beans on the right. The chocolates LOOK good, but they are not good. Boyfriend described the chocolates as tasting floury and all the "different" flavors taste similar. They're pricey and not worth it for what it is. It's not artisan chocolates like at Alexander Patisserie. I can't speak for the gelato but don't get the chocolates. I wouldnt come here ever.

The produce section was not as extensive as those at other Asian markets, but it was still adequate. However, the store carried many unique candies and snacks that I have not seen elsewhere. Notably, sakura flavored products were especially common during my visit. There were two large sections dedicated to premade meals, including rice bowls, hand rolls, onigiri, and sushi. The rolls seemed overly heavy on the rice, with relatively little fish filling. The prices also felt somewhat high for the portion sizes. However, the store offers a 20 percent discount on sushi and bento boxes daily after 6 PM. I ordered the nigiri combination, which included salmon, tuna, and scallop. The scallop was plump, and the tuna was sliced thickly. The salmon was slightly thin but still rich and fatty. Overall, the fish quality was good. The sushi rice was above average, with a distinct vinegar flavor despite being refrigerated. The total cost for the eight pieces was close to restaurant pricing, though the convenience factor partly justified it. I would rate this market a 3.5 out of 5 but rounded up for the good sushi rice. I would recommend shopping elsewhere for produce, but this is a good place for snacks and premade meals, especially after 6 PM.

As suggested by it $9.5 a cube of candy and pretty packaging. I thought at a premium price point of $9.5 I would be getting good quality candy. This is my little luxury. And I was so excited. But.. We bought five cubes of candy, 2 of which are dark chocolate almonds. The almonds tastes oxidized, you know that rancid long expired nut taste. It's not edible. Both boxes have the same rancid taste issue. We live two hours away so it's not practical to drive back for an exchange or refund. So we called customer service. It took a long time for a representative to be available to help us but that's ok. The representative promised a full refund and shipping us a replacement. We weren't expecting that as I just want the two inedible cubes refunded. But I appreciate them promising to make it right. However, two weeks has passed and we did not receive any refund nor shipping confirmation. So we called again, which again took a long time for a representative to be available. We explained the issue, and were told the first ticket was probably not submitted. They promised again a full refund and shipping us a replacement for the two defected products. And weeks passed nothing again. We called a third time. And I really just want the two cubes of inedible candy refunded. And was told "well we refunded you". But it's been 7 weeks there was truly no refund.. After three long calls and empty promises I gave up on trying to fix it. I'm just expecting adequate quality for what I paid for but they can't deliver. This is not advertised as your average brand. So I believe customers should receive not your average product. I don't condone these empty promises and false hopes either. Candy is supposed to make us happy. But this candy caused so much heartache for us. We did everything we can to delay the review and try to resolve it first. I genuinely always believe a bad product could be an accident and the business is willing to fix it. Instead of rushing to review I always reach out and explain and resolve it. We tried and are tired. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. If you do buy their candy. Please try it before you leave the place..
