Natalie also opened her heart and gift to my mother during COVID over a virtual sound-bath. She was able to gently adapt her offering to make my mother feel comfortable even though her physical body was declining in mobility and control due to a neurological disease. She's kept us close during this journey and has offered additional reiki and sound bath sessions to nourish our souls. She creates a community and space of trust and safety. I hope you get the opportunity to experience what I have with Natalie!

He explains things simply, and you can tell he's speaking from what he has actually lived. I've also been to Kyle's sound healing sessions, and they are deeply relaxing. I would highly recommend both his sound healing sessions and his training programs to anyone looking to establish themselves as a crystal sound healer.

However, during the first half of the session, there was a helicopter and a drone hovering nearby, which made it a little difficult to fully focus and relax. I personally prefer indoor sessions for a more immersive and peaceful experience. I really can't really complain since it was an outdoor setting and some outside noise is to be expected so just a heads up if you plan to have an experience with background noise. Lastly, the headphones were not the same experience compared to listening to the sound frequency with the naked ear. Overall, thank you for the experience, it wasn't too bad! P.S. your sound guy was so kind. Every time I had issues with my headphone he was there to help!

Such a relaxing and peaceful entrance and overall atmosphere. We started with breath work which blew us away, at one point we felt like we were levitating it was so good (and comfy) and then went into the cold plunge, saunas, and hot tub. There was plenty of different types of saunas ranging from red light to two person, and a newer larger sauna. Just a complete serene and calming experience from end to end you forget that this place is someone's backyard. Our 90 minutes flew by, however we were not rushed out or felt hurried to leave. Would absolutely come back again.

The sessions run about 90-minutes all together and they offer various package options from one-time sessions to more opportunities to return for free with the package. You can purchase and make appointments directly on their website as well as through ClassPass. When my friends and I arrived, we were welcomed by Ananta, who checked us in, had us sign waivers online and offered us tea. He led us in the breathwork session first, which was an invigorating yet relaxing experience at the same time. Immediately after the session, Ananta led us to the cold plunge where he gently encouraged us to dip in for about 2-minutes. The water was about 40 degrees and my feet were tingling and nearly numb by the time I got out. We did it though and it awakened our senses and got our blood circulating! We then, had the option of dipping in the hot tub or going in the saunas. I warmed up in the jacuzzi, then spent some time in the outdoor barrel steam sauna and infrared sauna. Before I knew it, our 90-minute session came to an end. They have showers for us to rinse off and I left with glowing skin and a lighter spirit. I will definitely be back for more healing and rejuvenation! Free street parking in the residential neighborhood.
