From the planning side, Kyle's team member Alexxa was very easy to work with. She was very detailed and warm. They even helped us arrange the rental at Behind the Lids when our plan for another location didn't end up working out. Day of, we were greeted by Kyle and a nice essential oil setup for those interested in using some before the session! I loved how everything was included and already set up for us when we arrived (yoga mats, bolsters, blankets). The sound bath was AMAZING! A lot of compliments and kudos from our group which included first timers (some of who had never heard of a sound bath) and others who had attended a few before. Whether you're thinking of joining one of his public sessions or hosting your own private event, you will not be disappointed!

There was no understanding, compassion or integrity with this honest mistake and I was told to pay $101 to get the replay and have lifetime access. For someone who is into "healing" I don't know how this sounds ok to him and fair. Would never want to go to a healing session of his now when you're this greedy and show no compassion.

A wellness oasis…read moreoffering guided breathwork (about 30-minutes), meditation, cold plunge, hot tub, an outdoor steam sauna, an infrared sauna and a beautiful, Zenned out garden to lounge around in. The sessions run about 90-minutes all together and they offer various package options from one-time sessions to more opportunities to return for free with the package. You can purchase and make appointments directly on their website as well as through ClassPass. When my friends and I arrived, we were welcomed by Ananta, who checked us in, had us sign waivers online and offered us tea. He led us in the breathwork session first, which was an invigorating yet relaxing experience at the same time. Immediately after the session, Ananta led us to the cold plunge where he gently encouraged us to dip in for about 2-minutes. The water was about 40 degrees and my feet were tingling and nearly numb by the time I got out. We did it though and it awakened our senses and got our blood circulating! We then, had the option of dipping in the hot tub or going in the saunas. I warmed up in the jacuzzi, then spent some time in the outdoor barrel steam sauna and infrared sauna. Before I knew it, our 90-minute session came to an end. They have showers for us to rinse off and I left with glowing skin and a lighter spirit. I will definitely be back for more healing and rejuvenation! Free street parking in the residential neighborhood.

A Hidden Oasis in Long Beach - Pure Paradise for Mind & Body…read more I honestly can't say enough good things about this place, it's a true hidden gem in the heart of Long Beach that feels like you've been transported far, far away. As soon as you walk in, the energy shifts. It's calm. Peaceful. Inviting. The kind of space where you instantly feel your shoulders drop and your mind start to slow down. They've created what feels like a tropical wellness retreat, but without ever leaving the city. The cold plunge alone is worth the visit. It's crisp, clean, and absolutely invigorating, and if you've read up on the benefits (reduced inflammation, better sleep, mood boosts), you'll appreciate just how much good it's doing while you shiver! Pair that with their sauna lineup, a traditional hot sauna, a jacuzzi, and beautifully lit infrared saunas and you've got everything you need to detox, decompress, and reset. They also guide you through breathing techniques that help deepen the whole experience. After just one session, I felt like I had taken a vacation without ever stepping on a plane. Whether you're a wellness junkie or just need a few hours to reconnect with yourself, this place is an absolute must. Long Beach has a true oasis, and I'm so grateful I found it. Highly recommend.

You might fall asleep and dream, or remain in a dream-like state while hearing sounds, from energizing to soothing.
