As a result, I had been dealing with chronic pain that would wake me up at night with stiffness and difficulty moving. I'm usually an active and flexible person, so this was very hard on me. When I came to Hb Light Energy Healing to do the EES, I noticed results in about a month with reduced anxiety, clearer thinking, and a sense of peace. I also noticed that my cortisol levels reduced drastically from my bloodwork. They had never been as good as they are now . My sleeping has been improving as well!
