She carefully reviewed my labs (both functional and conventional), explained the findings clearly, and created a personalized plan tailored to my needs rather than a "one-size-fits-all" approach. Her depth of knowledge in gut health, immune dysfunction, hormones, and inflammatory conditions is impressive. What really sets her apart, however, is her ability to connect the dots while remaining compassionate and patient. Appointments never feel rushed, and she is consistently proactive about follow-ups and next steps. If you have felt dismissed by other providers or need someone who will genuinely investigate the root causes of your symptoms, Dr. Vreeland is exceptional. I am extremely grateful for her care and highly recommend her.

I saw Dr. Vreeland in 2018 after a good friend of mine highly recommended her. I was experiencing…read moreautoimmune issues and was drawn to her because of her natural, naturopathic approach. I can say that she helped me with my issues on a 2/10 scale. For the amount of money that I paid, I felt like she was always rushed, didn't really care, and she didn't address the root cause of my health issues. I stopped seeing her because I felt like I kept spending money but wasn't really improving health-wise. I was only getting my surface issues remediated. She's lovely, but she wasn't a great health practitioner for me.

Eventually, 3 years ago, I was diagnosed with PCOS and was told I may need fertility treatment to conceive. I tried seeking help by my OBGYN, main health care doctors, and even seeking some fertility treatment, all to receive bandaid and cookie cutter "solutions" that didn't really help treat or find the cause of my issues. After being tired of not being heard and feeling not cared for I began doing a lot of research and discovered the holistic/naturopathic world and ultimately finding Dr. Nirvana. I began seeing Dr. Nirvana July of 2024 and to this day I have not only felt the most heard and understood, but have truly been seeing results and feeling so much better. She doesn't give bandaid or cookie cutter solutions, she actually cares and works to find the root cause of your issue through detailed labs and tests. She is the sweetest and is extremely knowledgeable. In just 8 months I have improved by gut health tremendously (night and day), I have lost over 25 lbs and don't feel as much inflammation as before, I have been able to balance my insulin and lower my bad cholesterol, and with her help I've been able to start regulating several of my hormones which we discovered I had severely unbalanced due to my PCOS which have caused my irregular cycles and infertility issues. She was carful in customizing a plan just for my needs. She is also very mindful of doing things progressively to not shock your body and feel good while going through healing. While Naturopathic care is not covered by many insurances and it can get rather expensive, it is truly so WORTH IT to actually see true results and find and fix the core problem. I am very satisfied with the progress I have seen and experienced and look forward to what is ahead as I continue treatment with Dr. Nirvana. Finally, I want to give a shout out to her amazing assistant Hana as she is always so helpful and responsive to my needs! Thank you both!

It helps to come in with an open mind because he is far more than just a typical doctor. He opened my eyes to completely different ways of thinking about my health, my body, and the healing process as a whole. He does not take the generic surface level approach that so many western doctors seem to rely on. In my experience, he has done more for me in the last 6months than what generic western doctors have done over the past 30 years. The best way I can describe him is that he is like a doctor, a psychologist, psychotherapist and several other professionals all combined into one. He looks at the full picture, asks the right questions, and approaches things in a way that makes you feel like someone is finally paying attention and actually trying to get to the root of the issue instead of just putting a temporary bandaid on it. His office is also a reflection of that experience. It is tranquil, comfortable, and conveniently located right next to the freeway, which makes it easy to get to. I am very glad I was referred to him and I highly recommend him to anyone who feels stuck, dealing with an ongoing issue, cant pinpoint the cause of their symptoms, untreated by typical doctors, or like they need a different level of care and insight. I am definitely a lifetime client

The first 6 months (approx) he gave specific instructions to remove a few things from my diet - which were slowly added back in later. I did my research and found his to be priced reasonable & comparable to everything else that was out there. Slowly, through weekly check ins, I started feeling better. We then went to monthly appointments only and now just call when needed. It's been a year and a half now and I continue to work with Dr. Gin through NET. He's a gifted practitioner, and while this may feel silly at first, it's worked wonders for my life and even my mental health. First, the office setting does NOT evoke the feel of a highly successful practice. When I met with Dr. Joen, she proceeded to tell me that my insurance, Anthem PPO, only covers $50 a visit, although I was told that I was covered by insurance and only had a $20 co-pay when I scheduled the appointment. I asked what the $295 consultation fee that she recommended and other extra charges would do to make me feel better, and she told me wants to focus on my whole body and health and acupuncture would not do accomplish that. This was only after viewing my tongue and checking my pulse. I wanted an explanation of what the greater services would provide and she couldn't tell me as that meant she was consulting and that would cost more. Although I am fortunate enough to afford whatever the cost, she told me that I must be poor, as rich people don't care and most of her clients are rich based on where her office is located. She said she services the poor and devotes time and free services around the world and kept telling me that everybody loves her. Unbelievable. I should have walked out when she insulted me, but I was curious. There was a Catch 22, as I wanted more information to make a decision about committing to more services and to see what she was trying to sell me countered by the fact that she wouldn't tell me more as that meant a consultation. She provided her services although reluctantly. She forgot about me being hooked up to a machine that I believe lasted 3 times longer than it should have. After one day, I am experiencing no benefit from her services in making my back and neck better. This was my first acupuncture experience. I will try it again, but with a very different practitioner.
