Pear and gorgonzola salad: Would be too small for a meal in my opinion, but a nice starter to share if everyone wants some leafy greens. A light, pear vinaigrette coats mixed greens with equal amounts of walnuts, gorgonzola cheese and mixed root vegetables. If you're looking for a salad with some creativity, try it.
