Upon his arrival, Yuriy stated that Inventi Service did not work on electrical heating systems and, so, he refused to perform a diagnostic on mine. Then, because he was not able to figure out how to power on my AC system, he did not perform a diagnostic on that either. Despite this, he then had the nerve to bill me for those services that he had not performed! When I reported all this to Andrei, the owner of Inventi Services, much to his credit, he immediately apologized and asked what he could do to "make things right." When I replied that he should refund the payment I had made, he did so immediately and for that I am most appreciative.

I should have known Service Tech wasn't reliable when they - well Denny, just threw out a nearly $600 flat quote to install one simple bathroom faucet...without ever seeing the job. I asked if he wanted the model number for the faucet. No need for that when he had no intent to follow through. Makes me wonder about all the other positive reviews. We were having a problem with our Suburban PTAC unit, and Jonathan scheduled a FaceTime call with us to help us diagnose the issue, even before coming out for a service visit. He saw that we were pretty handy, and explained to us various things to try ourselves that would either diagnose or fix the problem. Later, while continuing the discussion with Mike, we were able to diagnose the problem and realized we could fix it using parts from a spare Suburban PTAC unit that we had in storage. Indeed, it was a quick 10 minute repair that I was able to do myself while at home, and now our heat works again! I really respect the non-patronizing, helpful attitude that Jonathan and Mike had, and that they were willing to give me the information I needed to figure out what was wrong with (and even fix) our PTAC. I'll definitely be calling them again for any HVAC job, big or small.

Used this company to our repair outdoor drainage pipes and they ended up damaging an outdoor tap in…read morethe process, claimed it was like that (but it was never dripping non stop water before they started their work). Would not own up to doing the damage and charged an extra few hundred dollars to "fix" that pipe. Fast forward 4 months later the water is no longer draining from our roof into these pipes and out on the road and our sump pump is working over driving because all the water is pooling, we called him out to tell him the pipes are not draining water out to the road and the direction is not good and pipes need to be redone and he refused to stand by his one year guarantee, wanted to charge us again $6000 to redo the work he just did previously. No thanks, went with another company who said the way he did them was completely wrong and the pitch was draining water back to the house instead of the street. Other company said the job was very poor and was not surprised it failed and would have been a disaster in the winter because the standing water would have frozen and cracked all the pipes.
