Highly Recommend M&E Best Fire Protection!…read more I am the manager At The Oak Kitchen in DowntownLos Angeles, a large commercial facility with 30 individual kitchens, and I contracted M&E Fire Protection located in Chatsworth to install the hoods in each unit. Their team was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The management team communicated clearly and consistently, ensuring I was informed throughout every phase of the project. The field technicians were professional, efficient, and completed the installation ahead of schedule -- which exceeded my expectations. I continue to use M&E Fire Protection for my ongoing needs because of their honesty, reliability, and impressive level of professionalism. Thank you, M&E Fire Protection, for your exceptional service!

Lacks communication between her boss, the sub and our GC. Points the blame on everyone else but herself. I am not a person to write a bad review. However, I hope to save others from going through what we had to endure with this company. Should have been named M&E Worst Fire Protection. Pascale quoted the job without once stepping foot into our business before or during construction to know what is going on. Our project was prolonged and never opened earlier than it should have. This ended up costing us more money and time. They made a hole in the ceiling and never fixed it. Trash and debris were left in the attic. VENTHOOD installation never completed. They let rain water come straight into the kitchen for several days. We had to call in another company to complete the work. Not to mention, who writes a review on themselves?? Absolutely hate ADT! First of all, when you get the DIY Home Alarm system, you only get 6-day tech…read moresupport since they're not open on Sunday even though you can call for the regular 7-Day tech support that ONLY covers the more expensive ADT+. We had a blackout overnight and the keypad froze and we couldn't get out of the house because it was still in Night Mode. NO tech support available! We finally just took the battery out and it got stuck on "Configuring" mode and cannot pair to anything. Unreliable! So we decided to go back to our previous alarm, Frontpoint. And that's when we found out we are stuck on a 3-Year contract which was NOT mentioned by the sales person AT ALL! That is something that is incredibly important to know. The printed contract states it in very, very small letter. On top of that, the equipment is "on loan" so now we also have to pay all of that up front back so we can throw it all away! So I order to cancel from this shit plan, we're now stuck to pay $299.85 for the remainder of the 3 year service and $153.75 for the equipment "on loan". Should've seen the 1 star review. They deserve 0 star! NEVER AGAIN!

SCAM ARTISTS OF THE YEAR…read more I'm actually shocked that they've been in business this long and conduct themselves in such a way. The salesman Landon told me they have a special for $25 for the equipment, after the technician left they charged me $500 for the equipment, then an additional $300 for the keypad that was supposed to be included, didn't install the right equipment, then told me it was an additional $300 for the right equipment. So I went from $25 to $1100 for the equipment alone. I reached out to their office and spoke to Jolessa, Helen, Psy, Lee, Jackie, Alexis, Eric, Sophie, Roslyn, Jolene, and Amanda. All of which "Are so sorry" and "Wanted to help me." So far there is no resolution and if I want my equipment Landon promised me at $25 I have to pay $1100. I asked them to remove it and cancel my service and they told me, "I am responsible for the duration of the contract cause I signed off in it" before the installer left. Which is not true, I never signed anything nor did he ask me to. PLEASE STAY AWAY I HAVE NO IDEA HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS WITH THESE PREDATORY FRAUDULENT BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!! In response to the owners reply, which was almost immediate and obviously a boiler plate response. I already emailed AlwaysThere@adt.com and did not get a response. It seems they post this in an attempt to make the public think this is a resolution for a unsatisfied customer. Thus far it is not!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM ALERT360 - THEY FAILED ME WHEN I NEEDED THEM MOST…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. I trusted Alert360 to protect my home and my peace of mind. I paid for their so-called "top-of-the-line" security system, thinking I was doing the right thing for my safety and my family. Just a few months later, my home was burglarized--and the system completely failed. I had armed it exactly the way they told me to. But when I came back, I found my home violated, things stolen, and the entire alarm system ripped out. And the worst part? It never even went off. No alarm. No call. No police. Nothing. I cannot explain the feeling of coming home to that scene. You expect your security company to have your back, and instead, I felt completely abandoned. I immediately turned to Alert360 for help--calling every day, leaving message after message, desperate for someone at corporate to respond. For a full week, I heard nothing. No call back, no apology, no urgency. Just silence. When I finally got through to someone, they said they could send a technician--for $65 an hour. I was stunned. After their system didn't work and I got robbed, they wanted me to pay them more? The tech that came out couldn't even explain what happened. He was just as confused as I was. That made it even worse--because if their own people don't understand how someone could bypass the system so easily, then who can? For almost two weeks, I had no alarm system. No protection. No solutions. I felt vulnerable and completely let down. I ended up hiring another alarm company just to feel safe in my own home again--something Alert360 had promised me and failed to deliver. Then came the cancellation fight. I told them I wanted out, and they made it so difficult. They kept saying they couldn't cancel the contract and instead offered to reinstall a new system--again, at my expense. After all that? Why would I ever want to stay with a company whose system failed and left me exposed? And if you see them respond to this review saying they "tried to help" or "followed up"--please know that was not my experience. I received no real help, no accountability, no compassion. I'm sharing my story because I don't want anyone else to go through what I did. In my opinion, Alert360 is unreliable, unresponsive, and completely unprepared for real-life emergencies. They left me feeling helpless at one of the scariest moments of my life. If your home, your family, and your peace of mind matter to you, please, look elsewhere. Trusting Alert360 was one of the biggest regrets I've ever had.
